Looking for good used car I went in looking at purchasing a Ford Escape, but it had been sold and I was initially disappointed because we made a bit of a trip to get to the dea I went in looking at purchasing a Ford Escape, but it had been sold and I was initially disappointed because we made a bit of a trip to get to the dealership. The trip was worth it, however, as JT made sure to find me a better car at the same deal I was promised on the Escape. He did a great job of turning what could have been a very irritating experience into one that I felt turned into a very good purchase on a great car at a great price and rate. I would recommend JT, he is straightforward and down to Earth and is someone I would make a major purchase like this with again. More

Rude, unprofessional The Toyota people that we talked to did not treat us professionally. We thiught they were rude and did not take us serious. Promised us a specific dat The Toyota people that we talked to did not treat us professionally. We thiught they were rude and did not take us serious. Promised us a specific date that the vehicle we purchased would be here and it arrived over a week late than what they told us. That really got under our skin, because during the paperwork, the dealer charged us $900 to get the vehicle to the Toyota dealership. Why should we pay $900 transfer fee to wait well over a week for it which ended up interfering with our work life and causing problems. We also signed a contract that said there would be under 10 miles on the vehicle when we got it which is was well over 10 miles. When we would call, we just kept getting pushed aside and sent to message machines. During paperwork, make sure you pay very close attention, because they will sneak charges on there that you aren't going to like. The sales manager was rude, and continued to try to push us to buy more stuff when we were already upset with the whole dealership. So annoyed by this place. Save your money and time. Go to another car place that will respect your choices and give you the courtesy to answer your calls, or at least call back within a decent time More

Extremely happy with my new car purchase experience I just purchased a new 2016 RAV4 Limited at Younger Toyota in Hagerstown, Maryland. My salesperson, Brian Fearnow was great. This was the easiest new I just purchased a new 2016 RAV4 Limited at Younger Toyota in Hagerstown, Maryland. My salesperson, Brian Fearnow was great. This was the easiest new car buying experience that I have ever had. I was at the dealership fir approximately 45 minutes on my initial visit and we agreed on a price. I came back later the same day to die financing paperwork. my RAV4 was not immediately be that the had in stock and it had to be retrieved from a dealer in the Baltimore area. The following day I received a call from the salesperson who informed me that the car had been delivered and was washed, gassed up and ready for pickup. When I arrived at the dealership layer that day, I was on the road in n less than 30 minutes in my new vehicle. I must also say that I got a very good price and overall am very satisfied with my car buying experience with Younger Toyota and also the sales experience with my sales person Brian Fearnow. More
