Gary takes plenty of time with you and will suggest many different ways of buying or leasing but will never pressure you into anything. Just a wonderful man to deal with. Now when you are ready for financing Matt Hull is your guy, he is up front with you on all your financing needs and warranty's . If you go to Younger please ask for theses to guys. Get the right type of salesperson; willing to hear you Our experience with Younger was mixed. We were looking to replace our 2001 Avalon with something that would offer some utility. We tend to keep vehic Our experience with Younger was mixed. We were looking to replace our 2001 Avalon with something that would offer some utility. We tend to keep vehicles for the long run, so we need to be thoroughly satisfied and have a list of the basic needs of a vehicle. We were looking for a CUV, and when we started, the initial salesperson handed us over to the 'used' sales team, as we wanted to try the various models for size. I speculate that this salesperson did not want to invest his time with us as we may not provide an immediate sale? We met Adam Seidel at the used lot and told him we first needed to find a vehicle that I fit in, and then, anticipating this would narrow the field of vehicles, we would assess features and value for our money. We also shopped several other dealerships and assessed those vehicles that we were interested in but were not available via Younger. All of this occurred over two months, so one might agree, Adam was patient with us and did not pressure us in any way. We appreciated his approach, and even though we were referred to another salesperson @ Younger by a work colleague, I still felt we were treated as we wanted with Adam. So, why good and not excellent? Not because of Adam, but I would suggest Younger look to do something about their closing process. When we did buy, we chose to buy new. We found the SUV we both liked in the used lot, but the Highlander seems to get picked up quickly. We felt the $$$ was fair, not exceptional, but acceptable. The wait to get title paperwork, the vehicle plated, and cleaned killed about 3 hours. We did not finance. I can not think, even being busy that we complicated the process in a way that could justified the wait. We saw a few other people that also bought that seemed to be dealt with more efficiently, so perhaps it was due to we were working with someone inexperienced with the new vehicle sales process? One would think the new car sales manager would have overseen the work to ensure there were no missteps, but he disappeared after we agreed on price. So if Younger wants an excellent mark from someone like me, they will need to think through the completion of the sale, not just the agreement on price. Maybe I am out of touch with what constitutes a significant purchase? So, If you are looking for someone that will work with you and not pressure you, Adam will fit your needs and show patience. We arrived without expecting to purchase a vehicle, as we had just decided to start looking that day and figured it would be a while before we found the used car that would be new to us. But, when we saw the 2009 Toyota Sienna and its price, thank you for keeping the price reasonable so we didn't feel it necessary to haggle, and then Justin's friendliness and willingness to hold the car until the next day (we had another appointment to get to and couldn't linger to finish the purchase), we knew it was a deal. We really appreciated his "non-salesman" attitude (you know that pushy type that hovers over you and starts haggling deals on cars that you aren't even interested in). Thank you Justin for this wonderful, enjoyable car purchasing experience (did I really just say I enjoyed purchasing a car?) LOL. More

Fraudulent offer to get you to come in for sales pitch, called to verify the offer received via e-mail, had the deal confirmed 3 times on the phone before driving almost 3 hour round trip only to find it was a lie, fraud and strings attached just as you asked to avoid on the phone before wasting time and gas. GM Dave Carroll was of no help, sorry for a misunderstanding even though it was confirmed 3 times before I wasted my time and gas money for two vehicles. Sad to say but this type of "flim-flam" and game playing is what gives car salesmen a bad name. Do yourself a favor and avoid YOUNGER AT ALL COSTS. I gave GM opportunity to fix the broken contract and honor the deal I confirmed with Younger 3 times before I made the long trip and he just offered nothing but sorry for a misunderstanding (which there could not have been with the requested 3 verifications) and offered a future discount. Such unacceptable and unprofessional treatment - Younger has lost customers for life!!! More

I bought a truck from this dealership almost two months ago. They told me that they would be sending me the plates and registration. The truck currently has temp tags on it that expire in one week. I called today because I had not received the plates or registration. The person that I talked to said that they would be sending me the plates later this week, which will get to me in two weeks. Why the H*** did they not send it weeks ago? In a week I will be forced to drive a vehicle with expired tags, no plates, no registration, and no inspection because of their careless lack of respect for their customers. 2. The vehicle I purchased has had multiple issues since I purchased it.They sprayed undercoat on the entire frame to cover up an enormous amount of rust. The first day I had it, a mud flap fell off, and two light fixtures came out of their housings. One of the ball joints or rotors is now going. The reverse senor system is also broken. I did not look closely at the electrical system when I bought the truck which was a mistake. Someone had hacked up, spliced, and rerouted multiple wire, its a complete cluster f**k. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They are not honest. They have horrible customer service. They will lie and deceive you to make the sale. More

I drove up from Northern Virginia, more than 1 1/2 hours away to look at a specific Prius I had seen online. Morgan was very helpful in email communications before my visit and connected me with JC, who sold me the car. My purchase was a painless and seamless process, downright pleasant. This was such a relief for me after three weeks of frustration car shopping in the D.C. area where several cars were not as presented. I felt that I could trust JC and the staff at Younger Motorcars that my car was exactly as presented with no surprises. JC was very accommodating in working with my preferences and making sure that the car was ready for me, even though I requested a short delivery time. Matt Hull in finance was a real gem as well, very efficient and personable. All in all, it was a top notch experience, well worth the drive. Ask for JC when you get there. More
