Great Buying Experience! Stefan Caicea met me and my daughter in the parking lot 2 minutes after we pulled in, he was polite and courteous with a unhurried personality. My daughter told him why she was there and he immediately took her to what she wanted to see. My daughter was interested in a car she saw online and had come in to test drive it. She ended up purchasing the car because of Mr. Caicea approach to selling cars. He didn't push, answered all questions honestly and was patient with my daughters fears of taking on the debt of buying a car. She left there not feeling overwhelmed with feelings of making a big mistake and got exactly what she wanted. I was looking to trade-in my 2007 Rav 4 for a newer model with less mileage. I had visited two other dealerships before coming to Younger. They were not wanting to give me much on my trade. Jackie met me on the lot and when I shared my story, she smiled and said, "We will keep you here." She came through. Not only did I get a newer model, a 2011, it had more features than my current car, less than 20K miles, and my payment ended up lower than my '07. I was thrilled! I was even happier when I found out that my oil changes would be free. I couldn't believe how many incentives were offered. It seemed too good to be true; just another sales pitch. However after having my first service this past Friday, I am beyond pleased with the Younger staff and service team. More

We visited the dealership and Jamie O'Connel was our sales Consultant. He was very nice and informative. We test drove a Prius plug-in, a Corolla and a Camry Hybrid XLE. We started interested in the Prius, but Toyota doesn't offer a power seat on Prius (except for lumbar support), which was a deal breaker for us, as I'm very tall and my wife is very short, and she doesn't like to crank the seat for adjustment. The new Camry Hybrid was awesome and the price was as well. We only dealt with Jamie, and based on our experience with him, I'd highly recommend anyone interested in a toyota, or a Hybrid, go there and ask for him. More

Upon entering the show room I was quickly and courteously greeted. Herb was friendly and receptive in his demenor allowing the converstaion to quickly flow through what I needed and wanted in a new car. He greeted. He quickly and knoweldgeably informed me of the optionas available in the modle I ultimately chose. I challanged him be being short on time while long on indecision. Dispite this challange he was able to make sure I had all of the information needed to be confident and delighted in my purchase, all while being on time. My financing and other package options were discussed in detail with all questions answered and good recommendations given. Dispite this part of the process typically being rather sterile, I found this also to be very personal and friendly. Although this vehicle has a lot more features than any other I have owned, after going over the basics and many of the more technical aspects of the car with Herb, I was excited, nervous and confident about my drive off of the lot. More
