I found the truck I had been looking for at Younger, problem? I live in Michigan 8 hours away. I dealt with Ken Murphy over the phone and finally decided I would make the trip. it was definitely scary not being sure what to expect when I got there but I am glad I went. So I rented a car and traveled through snow to get there. Ken was honest and the truck was better than I expected. Once I was there the dealer was very hospitable and took good care of me. Got me in my truck and on my way home in a hurry. They even helped me get the rental car picked up and had food for me while I was there. The next day Ken called to check and make sure I got home through the snow storm and was happy with my purchase. Highly recommend. Its a shame it was so far away but worth the trip! More
My wife and I where looking for a 2nd car for her and had search many deals but once we made it to Youngert we went no further. The staff is great and very helpful, make you feel at home. Most of my purchase was done on-line and by phone. Picked up the truck and out the door in 25 minutes. Could not have been easier or more convenient. Do not have to go to the MVA, they were able to do perman up the truck and out the door in 25 minutes. Could not have been easier or more convenient. Do not have to go to the MVA, they were able to do permanent tags and registration on site. What a dream. Finally, the staff was efficient and friendly. Great Experience!!!! More
Needed my right front spoiiler/bumper replaced and painted. It was first completed in November 2012 and I was happy with the work. But just 2 months later in January 2013 the paint started to bubble painted. It was first completed in November 2012 and I was happy with the work. But just 2 months later in January 2013 the paint started to bubble. Younger Toyota re-painted the spoiler/bumper with no extra charges, and I was happy with the work again. It lasted longer this time, but about month ago in September 2013 the paint started to bubble again, and now there is a 4 inch round spot that has chipped off completely. Younger Toyota has excellent customer service, but I do not recommend going there for body work, especially if you need anything painted. More

He is friendly, upbeat, and concerned about meeting the needs of his client without being pushy (which can be a real negati asset to your dealership. He listened to, and remembered, my initial requirements for negotiating a lease. Justin suggested alternatives to selecting a vehicle that I had not considered. In the end, I signed a lease agreement based upon his recommendation. While he knows, because I told him, that my white Toyota Corolla LE was not (and is not) the "car of my dreams", Justin made my "drive off the lot in your new car" experience feel special. I brought my 2006 Toyota Sienna in for some minor repairs. It was a busy Saturday, but Teresa took me right in when she understood my problem.
