Younger really knows how to treat their customers! Additionally, the service members come and tell you what is happening with your car while you wait so that you're not just sitting and wondering how long it will take yet or how much things will cost. They always ask first before performing any service that will cost additional money. They are friendly, and I never feel like they're trying to "get one over" on me. More

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Jon Allgeier, our Sales & Leasing Consultant. The first was a Mitsubishi for our 16-year old daughter two years ago and this purchase, a Toyota 4-Runner Allgeier, our Sales & Leasing Consultant. We made the mistake of shopping at several other dealerships, including Len Stoler, before realizing and remembering what we had in Jon. It took one phone call to Jon to get us back on the right track and we had our new vehicle within ten days. Jon was always available via phone and email even at times we didn't know if he'd be working. Both Shannon and I work in a service-driven environment, and although it is a different industry, it is rare for us to come across someone like Jon who put our needs and concerns first. I was not made aware, when I made the appointment, that the employee I requested would not be available at the time of my appointment, and therefore, I waited an hour before service was begun. Rhonda provided excellent customer service. She arranged to have my spoiler painted before I brought in my car so I had a shorter wait time, and she worked around my work schedule. I have dealt with the service department at Younger before and they have always been very courteous. A day before a work trip to Richmond VA, I called in to see if there was any openings for an oil cha before and they have always been very courteous. I have been a Younger customer since Dec. 2011 when I bought a pre-owned car. My experience with the staff was so great. With my decision of buying a new car, I didn't hesitate to check first with Younger though my brother advised me to go to other car dealership because of the marked down prices. I went to Younger on my day-off, Wed, at 11:30AM. I talked with Mr. Rick King (he was my salesman on my first car). Mr. King asked Mr. Ken Murphy to help me find what car I really wanted. Mr. Murphy was very helpful and actually gave me advised on some matters. At first, I thought I would not be able to get a brand new car. However, he didn't let me down & told me to put a smile on my face. I got the car I really wanted. With the help of Ms. Cheryl Taylor, the paperwork was done quickly. When I called my brother in CA, he was surprised that the deal was already closed in such a short time. That's how Younger employees work. They really take good care of their customers. As for me, I am after the service of the company followed by the product they sell. I am proud to be a Younger customer! More
