105,000 mile service on my '06 Corolla could not have gone smoother. Original appointment made with Rhonda who happened not to be there when I rolled in. I was quickly greeted by Teresa who took my vehicle and made arrangements with Rhonda to take care of the service. Forty-five minutes later I was rolling out of the parking lot. Exceptionally outstanding service from both Rhonda and Teresa. I have no fears about trusting my car to the people at Younger Toyota. I've never met the mechanic who works on my vehicle, but based on the result he is outstanding also. The vehicle was washed and looked better than when I arrived. My wife and I have been customers of Younger's service department since we moved to Hagerstown in 2008. Unfortunately, our car ended up in the repair shop very suddenly when the transmission went out on o department since we moved to Hagerstown in 2008. Unfortunately, our car ended up in the repair shop very suddenly when the transmission went out on our car and my wife and I made the decision to buy a new car rather than replace a transmission in a car that was 12 years old with 173,000 miles. Ken Murphy was an immense help to us when shopping for a new used car. He was patient as we wanted to test drive several different vehicles and did not pressure us to buy anything that we weren't interested in. He was also very knowledgeable about the various makes and models that we explored. Once we made our decision, he gave us the best upfront no haggle price and made the purchasing process quick and easy! Cheryl Taylor assisted us with our financing, warranty, and final paperwork which was also an amazingly quick process! She was very detailed and also was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. We have already sent several friends to Ken Murphy to buy cars and all of them have been please with the experience.
