Other items could wait til later if busy, but was done. Price came out good with coupons applied & discussed other items for future svc. Overall, I'd still prefer to travel to Younger, 45 min away, instead of Frederick, 20 min. More

I was very satisfied with the entire experience I had at Younger and with Anthony. I wanted a new Toyota and to trade in my old one and Anthony made it all possible and easy. Anthony was in the parking lot and greeted us and he was so friendly and brought us right in and helped us right away. I would recommend Younger Toyota to anyone I know is looking for a car. My son who came with me is considering getting a car soon at Younger with Anthony. Tony took care of the finance paperwork very quickly and with a good sense of humor. We love the car and have been impressed with the follow-up queries and help we have recieved. We feel we paid a fair price, considering the popularity of the brand and the limited supply in our area, and will recommend Younger to our friends. More

I had my 10k Camry service done very recently. PSI levels were not adjusted as indicated and the washer fluid was not topped off/filled as noted. My PSIs on all 4 tires were the same levels before I turned m were not adjusted as indicated and the washer fluid was not topped off/filled as noted. My PSIs on all 4 tires were the same levels before I turned my car in. My windshield washer fluid was at the same level I turned it in as. Oh, and my glove box was not removed in order to check one of the items from the "World class inspection" list that was noted as checked. Jason was GREAT! Very friendly, professional and courteous. Its the mechanic that didn't do his job. If the service department could deliver just as well as the Sales department did for us (we bought 2 vehicles from Younger), they would be a PERFECT dealership to do business with. PS: Kudos to both Bill Martin and Eric Eichelberger - Best 2 guys to work with - phenomenal employees!! Would recommend them to everyone I know. More

The best 2 people you can find at a dealership. Bill took the time, even during the late evening hour to show us our 2012 Camry and went over all the details and questions that I had. We returned the next day with our 3 kids in tow and he was so kind and gracious to them - even played WII with them while I was completing the paperwork for my new car. Eric did a deal we couldn't have imaged of getting - wow! Needless to say even after purchasing a new car there in Nov 2011, we returned for another and would not have if it wasn't for the service that Bill and Eric provided to us during our new car purchase. Bill & Eric - you guys are the BEST! I never had a new car purchase experience like I did at Younger and would definitely come back again. In the meantime, we have shared our experience with many others and look forward to a future purchase with you both. More
