I was having my toyota corolla 30,000 mile service, when I arrived I was greeted and the service staff explained all they were going to do, as well as how much it would cost. It was completed in a timely ma I arrived I was greeted and the service staff explained all they were going to do, as well as how much it would cost. Younger Toyota was extremely helpful on the phone when we called to ask about a specific type of vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership we were met promptly with a sales rep and directed to the car we w called to ask about a specific type of vehicle. While we waited, other employees asked if we needed anything to drink while we waited. The sales rep was very knowledgable and helpful with all or our questions. The price was afforable and the benefits with this dealership is outstanding. I bought my very first brand new car from them in 1990 and decided to try them again. I'm very happy that I did and love my new car. More
Always have been treated very good when we needed service on our Avalon and Camry but was told that they didn't have time to wash the Avalon the day of service. This has also happened with our Camry. You on our Avalon and Camry but was told that they didn't have time to wash the Avalon the day of service. This has also happened with our Camry. You shouldn't tell a customer that a car wash is included if you don't actually do it. We just got back from a trip and it needed washed to get the bugs off!!!!! I ended up taking it to a car wash and doing it myself. That is the only complaint we have with your service department. More
