I did not have an appointment; I had an unusual problem with a new tire that was damaged from road debris. I was on a tight schedule, rushing to pick my daughter up from the bus stop. They all went out of their way to provide me with exceptional service. Not only did they perform a full service on my Prius, they located a tire dealer that had a matching tire for my car, picked up the tire for me, and had it on the car and completed the service in a very short time. They did it at a very reasonable price with totally professional service- 110%. I highly recommend Younger Toyota to everyone – they conducted themselves to the highest standards of business. I felt there was concern for me as a your first time customer. When I buy my next auto(most likely 2013) I will consider Toyota based on my current Toyota and the service I recieve with your dealership throughout 2012.
