He has gone out of his way to help us find exactly the vehicle that I was looking for. He has always been available to take our phone calls, return our calls, and spend as much time as we have needed to make sure our new 4 Runner would be everything we expected and more. He spent a lot of time helping me to see the benefits of the 2012 4 Runner to replace my 2004. I love my 4 Runners and wasn't exactly ready to give up the one I had. After Louis spent time with me and went over the equipment on the new one I was very comfortable with the decision to purchase a new one. Louis knows his product and is also humble enough that he will check something with another associate if he isn't sure when I ask him a question. I like that. He has never treated me like a "dumb woman". This is our family's third purchase from Younger Toyota. We live in Cumberland and chose to travel to Hagerstown before the Toyota dealership closed locally. I must say, we are not the easiest couple to please, but Younger has always met our expectations. I must also say that our experience with Cheryl Taylor was also exceptional. She is so pleasant. We had a very good experience with her. She was most helpful and she also really knows her product as well as all of the ins and outs of the financial end of the business. I am looking forward to many miles of Happy Motoring thanks to Louis Lee, Cheryl Taylor and Younger Toyota! More
I've been taking my car for service to younger over two years and they cannot seem to get an oil change right. First they cross threaded the oil filter causing an oil leak, which was fixed at no cost to m years and they cannot seem to get an oil change right. Then a couple oil changes later, it was leaking again, this time they said it was because the oil plug was stripped and I needed a new oil pan. To my dissatisfaction they said it was considered "normal wear" and I had to pay for the parts and they covered the labor. I just had my oil changed again and its leaking again, once this issue is resolved I will not take my car there again. My spouse has a toyota also and has already started taking it to a honda dealership for service. More
The only issue I had was that they never washed or vacuumed my car whe nit was serviced. I know at other locations whe nI service my other cars they get washed and/or vacuumed. It is small service that does shed a positive light on the Dealership. It is another example a the quality of service received when you purchase an Auto from Younger. More
Was in the market for a 4 door 4WD pickup. Drove Ford & chevy I realy liked the Toyota product, Bill Martin was very helpful and had excellant product knowledg. Starting with the sales attendant Mara Myers, she was informative, caring, and knowledgable. Even though Mark Duvall, being a Baltimore fan, came through with everything he said was possible. Then Cheryl Taylor was patient with my situation and closed the deal with professionalism even though dealing with a less than professional circumstances. I would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle to go to the persons i have spoken so greatly of. More
Over 20 years ago we had a very bad experience with a Sales Person at this dealership and thought we would never return. I am pleased to say that our experience with Alex Swope, Mark Duvall and Cheryl Ta Sales Person at this dealership and thought we would never return. I am pleased to say that our experience with Alex Swope, Mark Duvall and Cheryl Taylor have completed changed our opinion. The purchase of our 2012 Tundra Limited was fair, honest and pleasant. We were treated well by everyone and never felt pressured at any time. Alex helped us find exactly what we were looking for. On a Saturday afternoon, I was out car shopping with my family. I had just been at another dealership earlier in the day and I test drove a car there and was interested in it. When I arrived at Younger, it was around dinnertime and I was only planning on looking. Tim Moats came out right away to introduce himself and to see what I was looking for. He was very friendly. I had test driven a new Corolla the weekend before at another dealership and didn't plan on driving another one but ended up finding the same car at Younger and decided to take it for a ride. Tim went along with my family and I and answered all of our questions about the car. When we came back, he offered to give me an estimate with my trade-in and the new car. I didn't plan on buying a car that day, but once he came back with the estimate, the price was definately right and I ended up getting it. It was the right car for me and ended up being the right time too. He made me feel very at ease and comfortable-I never felt there was any pressure at all to buy right then and there. When I came to pick up the car that Monday, Tim took the time to go over all of the features and answered any of the remaining questions that I had. We had a tough time setting the bluetooth up in the car so he went to go get one of the service techs to help. It took quite a while to get everything working, but they took extra time to help and made sure I was 100% happy before I left. Overall, my first time buying a new car on my own was great. I am very satisfied with my Corolla and I don't think I could be happier about my whole experience. I would definately recommend Younger to anyone who is looking to buy a new car as well as Tim as a salesperson. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. Thanks for everything. More
My wife and I were very pleased with Younger. I started out requesting a price online for a specific vehicle. Online I talked to both Jill and Debbie who set up an appointment to view and test drive the Ca out requesting a price online for a specific vehicle. I was introduced to Jeremy Kelly who worked with us for the remainder of the process. Jeremy could not have been any more accomadating. He is very friendly, extremely professional and seems to be very knowledgable of the products he is selling. My wife told Jeremy she realy hated haggling over price and please provide us with your best price first. I told Jeremy what price I was looking for and he returned with an acceptable price the first time. If you knew my wife you would understand how important this was to me. Upon picking up the car Jeremy went over the vehicle with us and offered any future assistance we requested. I would like to thank Jeremy and the staff for making this car buying experience a pleasant one.
