Since I have Younger for Life, this is the only place my vehicle is serviced. Needless to say, I've been there routinely since I purchased my vehicle there in 2010. This visit was not good - all prior vehicle is serviced. Needless to say, I've been there routinely since I purchased my vehicle there in 2010. This visit was not good - all prior visits, I met with service to hear about my vehicle and any suggested repairs giving me the opportunity to approve or decline. That didn't happen. They usually wash my vehicle after it's been serviced - that didn't happen. They usually put a new sticker in the upper left windshield area so I know when to make another appointment - that didn't happen. Not sure it they were short-handed or just having an off day. Rhonda was particularly helpful in securing me an appt for the day - she knew I was having difficulty getting in on any other day but Saturday. More
I found customer service was exceptional. The salesman, Eric Mc Cusker was phenomenal! He was conscious of what my needs were in a vehicle as well as maintaining counsciousness of my time. I entered the Toyota Dealership lot with the intention of only looking at what was available. My husband and I were so impressed with the truck and how it fulfulled all of the needs that we have, I left there a proud Toyota truck owner. The overall experience was great.
