My 95,000 mile service on my 2006 Corolla was handled with Younger Toyota's typically exceptional service. I was at Younger Toyota on Friday, February 24th to look at a 2012 Toyota Tundra Crew Max Rock Warrior pickup. I had spoken earlier in the week with Mr. Bill Martin and he answered the preliminary questions at a 2012 Toyota Tundra Crew Max Rock Warrior pickup. I had spoken earlier in the week with Mr. Bill Martin and he answered the preliminary questions that I had regarding the truck. When I got to the dealership on friday and met Mr. Martin he was a nice gentleman and very knowledgable regarding the toyota product. He had the truck I was interested sitting off to the side waiting on me to look at. Mr. Mark Duvall was even more knowledgable about the Tundras and explained the benefits of the TRD package and the options regarding possible dual exhaust and cold air intake that could be equipped on the truck. My overall experience was very pleasant and dealing with both Mr. Duvall and Mr. Martin will be part of the reason that when its time for another new truck I will return to Younger. More

After the first oil change (at 10,000 miles)we were told to bring it back at 15,000 miles for the next one.We had questioned that and they had said that the second one would be at 15,000 miles.So as to follow what you had told us , we called to set up the oil change and told them that we were at 15,200 miles and the sticker on our windshield had been written for 15,200 miles.So I took some time off work to make sure I could take care of this, and found out as I was there,that it would be at 20,000 miles for an oil change as we had thought. So I was not happy that I was there and really was not getting what I was told. Really a waste of time off. Not a big deal, but not happy since we had thought we had talked about this with your service . Jody Kurtz More
I was very happy with my experiance at your dealership. I was somewhat concerned that while driving the vehicle home, we noticed that the truck had a shakeing/shimmy in the wheel when at interstate speeds. I promptly called the dealership and the problem was put on my list of promised repairs. I think that that issue should have been worked on before the truck ever hit the sales lot. As well as the smoke smell in the truck. It has been promised that these issues will be taken care of. I hope that they are. More

I am sure that Younger Toyota gave me the best price that they possible could but I will never say that the price is great. Things are just too expensive now and my rating will always reflect that. But as far as my experience went with Younger I could not be more happy. Robert was an exceptional person to work with and did a great job of getting my car for me. The price has nothing to do with his service and my experience with Younger. As a matter of fact he went out of his way for another problem I had on 8/31 when I was picking my other vehicle up after having it serviced.
