I have been working with Rhonda since August 2011 and cannot say enough good about her. She goes above and beyond what is expected. For me, my car is an extention of me. When it has a problem, I have a problem. She is over 200,000 miles young and is my constant companion. I depend on her for my work and my play. So, when I take her to have a problem solved I naturally want to take her somewhere she and I are treated with respect. Younger has never been less than kind to me and my RAV and treated both of us with caring respect. Jason was not an exception but certainly went above and beyond what was necessary for a "Service Tech." I am a big fan of Toyoto vehicles and Younger Toyota. I made an appointment with this dealership for my 55,000 mi. checkup and possible other items to be corrected and was told that my 2006 Highlander would need a recall on a module as well as some other thing mi. checkup and possible other items to be corrected and was told that my 2006 Highlander would need a recall on a module as well as some other things but that it would take to the next day. I agreed and was provided with a loaner vehicle which was convenient since I had another appointment in the afternoon for several hours as well as work the next day. My vehicle, a 2001 Toyota Tundra, was part of a rear-crossmember recall. I went into the Younger Toyota dealership fully expecting to be treated as a burden to the service department. I was surprised to find a very efficient process in place with professional staff who treated me (and my truck) as a valued customer(s). In the past, I actually went to a different dealership to purchase a new Toyota because of my former experience with Younger. I don't know if the sales department can match the excellence of service, but I can say in all honesty that based on this experience, in the event I decide to purchase a Toyota in the future, I will definitely be going to this dealership first. The reason WHY I was happy with the service I received was, Rhonda (this time) and Jason were very helpful and kept me informed about what was happening and how long they expected the work to take. Felt a bit rushed due to the timing on Saturday and missed asking about specific options we wanted on our vehicle. The 2nd one we missed, even though it was less of a concern, was getting the automatic rear hatch. Other than those points the service was great as we've come to expect from Younger after 17 years.
