My husband and I had a VIP appointment to look at a Venza that we had previewed on the Younger website. Our contact was courteous and set up an appointment that fit our schedules. We arrived at the dealership and were introduced to Bill Martin who quickly helped us determine the trade-in value of our Taurus and showed us the 2011 Venzas on the lot. Both of us drove the vehicle and were more than satisfied with the handling and smoothness of the ride. Filling out and completing the necessary paperwork is a time consuming process, but Bill was quite helpful in expediating the steps needed to complete this. He was courteous and explained different components found in the vehicle. In fact, he took the time to set up my phone with the Bluetooth system in the car. I highly recommend this dealership for its value and friendly employees. We couldn't have found a better deal with 0% interest over the course of the loan. I had an outstanding first time experience with Younger Toyota. I was promptly greeted, logged in to your data base, and my vehicle was taken back to the Body Shop for service (installation of new mud guar Toyota. I was promptly greeted, logged in to your data base, and my vehicle was taken back to the Body Shop for service (installation of new mud guards). I also requested information regarding additional service and was assisted by Shawn (mechanic). Shawn was outstanding, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Every trip to Younger has been great! The lounge area, food and drinks are nice to have while waiting for the car. My only small complaint is that we have has our car there a few times now for service an food and drinks are nice to have while waiting for the car. My only small complaint is that we have has our car there a few times now for service and haven't got a free car wash yet. 1st time we asked about it we had came to resign loan papers (their mistake) and was told it's only done when it's serviced. 2nd- Car was serviced and the guy said he "thought" it was broken. 3rd- It wasn't mentioned, I am assuming because the weather was bad but thought maybe they would say just stop in sometime to run it thru. It's not a big deal but when they keep telling you that while you are in process of buying the car, it would be nice to get one once in a while. More
