Also had question of the tires making a (LOT OF ROAD NOISE) Service adviser stated no extra noise noted. at speed of 65 mmph you can really notice road noise very (LOUD) I am 68 years young and a little hard of hearing, I have never had tires this noisy especially new Michelin P22560R/17 X Radial M&S all season 98T ,there is a book in the van but it was for the old tires Firestone /Bridge stone. Is there any I can get a book on these tires and the information when installed so I know when to rotate and the warranty and such?? Thanks for all your help Donald L Rupp Sr. More
I was greeted with a smile at the time of pulling into the service bay. Although Rhonda (my Service Advisor) was busy with another customer, another Service Advisor (female beside Rhonda's desk) got me c the service bay. Although Rhonda (my Service Advisor) was busy with another customer, another Service Advisor (female beside Rhonda's desk) got me checked in. Rhonda then kept me informed throughout the process, and assisted me in getting the necessary maintenance performed. Once it was determined that my vehicle would need to remain at the shop overnight (due to my vehicle sustaining a blown strut), Rhonda promptly got in touch with a rental car company to get me on my way. I spoke with Rhonda the next day on the telephone, and she informed me that the vehicle would be ready for pickup at around 4 o'clock. Upon arrival to Younger, I was checked out and advised that the necessary maintenance and repairs had been performed. Another Service Advisor (white male - medium build) took care of washing my vehicle before I left the premise. More
This was my first purchase from Younger Toyota and it will not be my last. Whenever I am looking for new or used vehicle, Younger will be my first choice. I dealt with Bill Martin and he was very courte will not be my last. Whenever I am looking for new or used vehicle, Younger will be my first choice. I dealt with Bill Martin and he was very courteous, along with the rest of the staff. Bill was very knowledgable about the vehicle I purchased. The dealership was spotless and they provide food and drinks for their customers. I would strongly recommend this dealership and Bill Martin for your vehicle purchases. More
Took vehicle in for a "recall" and had the oil & grease changed while there. Mike Kreps does GREAT work. And, the entire staff at Younger is very friendly and helpful. Very happy with how long my 15k service actually took...it was less than origianlly estimated. I received a very disturbing email during my service after I had asked to be called. The email suggested service totaling in excess of $ 2,600 when I was there for the thirty thousand mile service. Truthfully, my buying experience was average. My sales person was pretty arrogant. But I love my Tundra and Rhonda has provided the kind of customer service that will keep me with Younger. She knows me and my vehicle instantly and she is efficient while she makes you feel like she is taking all the time in the world. She tries to accommodate my needs and be sure I am satisfied with the work. You couldn't have a better person working in your service department. I only wish she were working for me or that I could buy my next car directly from her! More
I had bought a Toyota Camry from Younger and the vehicle served me very well.
