Everyone was quite pleasant. I was introduced to someone new who would be hadling my service, and I am embarassed that I just can't remember his name. We had a problem with some "long bolts or screws" that I did not get in my kit, but the service person had two (all we needed), and the installation of the rear cargo cover for the Platinum was nicely done I felt quite well that the new car now had all the "accent" features I had hoped for. I went in for an oil change on my 2003 Camry as I regularly do. Overall it took about 1 hour but everything was great including the price of the oil change which I had a coupon for. I've purchased many new vehicles over the past years, from high-end autos to modest vehicles, and I can say unequivocally that Younger Toyota was the best purchase experience I have ever encountered. From its exemplary customer service to the very fair price, this dealership is the best of the best. Our salesperson Eric McCusker was top-notch; he was professional, incredibly attentive, conscientious, listened and respected our time. Paulina Ahrens in the finance office was wonderful. She also was professional, attentive, listened and respected our time. I say without reservation that Younger Toyota treats its customers as honored guests. Not only is the sales-side customer centric, the service area is incredible. I would say the waiting area is the perfect man-cave (comfortable chairs, food, TV, pool table), but they even provide manicures a couple of times a month for the women! I know there are many dealerships out there, but visiting Younger Toyota should be first on your list, even if you are outside the area. And to Eric McCusker and Paulina Ahrens...thanks so much; you were great! More

I called your dealership and spoke with Amber. She was super friendly and gave me all of the information I needed. I was planning on calling around to different dealerships asking for prices but after sp super friendly and gave me all of the information I needed. I was planning on calling around to different dealerships asking for prices but after speaking with Amber I decided to visit in person. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly staff member. I was then introduced to my sales person Mara Myers. She was friendly, helpful and informative. She answered any and all questions that I had and if she didn't know the answer she consulted with the appropriate staff member. Before we started discussing cars, Mara showed me around the dealership which was very helpful. I visited three other dealerships pricing a new car and Younger was the only one that gave me a tour of the facility. The Younger price of my Prius was the lowest of the three dealerships I contacted and I didn't feel like I had to "haggle" over the cost. I found the staff at Younger Toyota to be helpful, friendly and informative. I would gladly recommend Younger Toyota to others especially Mara. More
