So far so good, although I called a day or two after taking the vehicle home when I realized it did not contain an owners manual and left a message for Jackie and have not received a call back. Othe taking the vehicle home when I realized it did not contain an owners manual and left a message for Jackie and have not received a call back. Other than that the transaction went smoothly, and we are happy with our new vehicle. Jackie was very informative about the features that the Toyotas boast and the benefits of purchasing a Certified used vehicle. More
Eric did great job. It was a good car buying experience. I got the right truck for me and at a very good price. Would recommend to my friends. I got the right truck for me and at a very good price. Would recommend to my friends. More
My expectation were met and than some. I went in the dealership with the mind set that the car I wanted would not meet my final price range. I was wrong. The last question doesn't give enough options. I wouldn't "Not recommend", but I seriously had some problems with my service this time. Start with appointments. I made a call to set one up, explained why I w "Not recommend", but I seriously had some problems with my service this time. Start with appointments. I made a call to set one up, explained why I was coming in, and was told someone would give me a call to make an apointment to have some body work done (replace front bumper and right front fender). This was before Christmas. I got an email appointment for the day after christmas, with no one calling me first. I was out of town. So I called immediately to cancel and made a phone appt for Monday Jan 2. 8 a.m. with complete description of what I was coming in for. Should be plenty of time to get parts, right? I come in at 8. No one knew anything about it - nothing in the system. I left and said I'd be back in the afternoon. Second visit - Rhonda tells me I can leave my car, but no parts have been ordered. she said parts would be in by wednesday. Why would I pay for a rental car for two days so my car can sit in your lot waiting for parts?? I left WITH my car, and she was to call me at 7:30 wednesday morning to confirm that I bring the car in , have a rental waiting, and I get to work on time. No call. 3rd visit - I stopped in after work Wednesday and she said the parts came in, no she didn't call, but the work wouldn't be done by the end of the week - no body work on saturday, so.....it might be done on MOnday. Or Tuesday. Made another appointment - 4th visit, one week later - left my car, got the rental, the work was done, went Thursday to pick up the car. Bumber replaced, fender replaced. Looks good....oooops - my license plate wasn't put back on the front - it wasn't with the car. They found it in the back. HAve to come back again TODAY to have it put on. Doesn't the person taking the job order do any follow through? Isn't anyone responsible for overseeing each job? Like a checklist before and after? More
Dealing with Younger Service Department is always worth the drive over the mountain. I always leave a happy Scion owner. But this last week was extra helpful, extra nice, extra worth the reason for comin the drive over the mountain. I always leave a happy Scion owner. Tony - Great experience as always. I wanted to talk to you about how the AWD drive system works in the snow, because I got stuck in a freak storm in Garrett County in November. You were busy, so I prevai you about how the AWD drive system works in the snow, because I got stuck in a freak storm in Garrett County in November. You were busy, so I prevailed on Dan and he explained why the power kept going down under certain circumstances with the left wheels in a ditch, and the right wheels on a slippery. crowned roadway. It's an issue with the traction control, and with the 2010 Sienna AWD, the traction control cannot be manually disabled. Probably designed for the software to shut down the throttle body to protect the drive train, but it took a long time for me to get "unstuck" because of it. Forward 1 foot, back two, etc. until I got out. Anyway, Dan took the time to talk to me about it and I appreciated it. Thanks, Regards, Joe DeGiovanni More
I called on Tuesday morning and spoke to Jason Neiderer and I work in Frederick and he was very helpful and was able to get my car in on Wedensday morning and had a rental car waiting at Toyota for me when and I work in Frederick and he was very helpful and was able to get my car in on Wedensday morning and had a rental car waiting at Toyota for me when I arrived there and he checked the car over and called me as I requested before any work was done and he explained everything very well. I felt he went above and beyond helping me get my car problems taken care of in a quick and timely manner. Please give him a big pat on the back and I would recommend your dealership to anyone. This was a 5000 mile service check. It's hard to rate that part since the only evidence I have that something was done is the fact the Maintenance Required Light is now not blinking at me. However, th that part since the only evidence I have that something was done is the fact the Maintenance Required Light is now not blinking at me. However, there was the "free car wash". The car was not very clean - should I really expect perfection for "free"? I had to run the windshield washers to remove the residue on the windshield so I could see to drive it off the lot. My point here is that if the car wash was sloppy - was the service check? Did anything really get checked or was it a cursory, "Yup, it's a new car - what could be wrong?" type look. Next, I asked for a scratch and chip in the paint to be fixed. There were good and bad points. The good news was that I could get a fresh chip and scratch in the paint attended to at a reasonable price. The bad news on this was when I got home the paint chip was still there - just black in color (color of the car) and not really "fixed". I really wish I would have known I was still going to have a blemish that can be easily seen and worse, felt. I'll come back but I think we'll have to inspect the work together before I leave. More
