I spoke with our Service Manager about the scratch and chip on your car and your concerns. I understand that our service advsior spoke with you and we are going to re-inspect your car. Customer service is a top priority at Younger Motorcars and we want you to be pleased with the service you receive here and we do our best to make that happen. May I add that I had a couple of chips touched up on my car and it did improve the look of the hood of the car. The chip is still slightly visible when I'm standing very close to the car, but from a little distance it is less visible than before, and since the chip was small I believe this is a better option than sanding and trying to repaint the car.
