So far our experience at Younger has been good. We purchased our vehicle there but due to location have had most of the servicing done closer to home. We had no appointment but they fitted us into the schedule and the work was done as if they had planned on us being there. Everyone was so nice and respectful to us. Very professional, friendly group of folks who seem to enjoy their work. We will deinitely continue to business with Younger in the future. They sold us a quality product and we have been very pleased with it. More

I came in for my 5000 mile check up on my new Tacoma and was amazed again with the caliber of the folks at younger Toyota. I was two hours early for my appointment. Not only have they been courteous, but extremely respectful of my time (I usually have to wait in the lounge). The work so far has been excellent, and we couldn't be happier. I have already recommended you to other coworkers, & friends. I think our sales rep was Alex, He handled everything great. the only reason I gave him "good" w/customer service is working with our pric friends. I had seen an online price of the same vehicle we bought go for 6K less. it just sold when we got there. The price was only OK, because you weren't willing to match that price. we paid more, and then also had to pay for the accessories that were included in the price of the other. Not only did we pay more for the truck, the financing was higher than what we were promised in PA. over all I love the Younger dealership, you have more of a selection than the others i visited, so I was able to settle for a selection. Paulina went out of her way to keep us as customers and I will definately return. I can't wait to experience your customer service with an oil change. you have all the incentives there to make your customers want to come out of their way to visit you AND MOST DEFINITELY RETURN. More
