Thank you for taking the time to comnplete the Dealer Rater survey. We appreciate the feedback we receive from our customers. In response to your concern regarding the brake fluid : Our technicians carefully inspect every vehicle and one part of the inspection is the brake fluid. Brake fluid should be golden in color, almost transparent. Eventually, due to climate changes, the fluid loses its ability to lubricate and at that point industry standards suggest a brake fluid flush. A rule of thumb is every two to three years.
