Although I was treated exceptionaly well and my 4Runner looked beautiful, I was called at 2:00pm and told my truck was "ready". When I came at 5pm to pick it up adam was proud of how nice the wash and clea looked beautiful, I was called at 2:00pm and told my truck was "ready". When I came at 5pm to pick it up adam was proud of how nice the wash and cleaning was on my truck, I had to ask how my check up went. No one had printed the report and after doing so I found out i needed brakes and rotors, tires and recommended air duct and fuel injector cleaning. I would at least have had the brakes done right away and now I have to make another appointment and get dropped off and picked up. It seems in an effort to make me a new, satisfied customer, the purpose of the check up was lost. I will be back to get brakes and I will be bringing my 09' Corrolla back as the front right wheel is making "soft thumping" noises where the tire went flat. Don't misunderstand, I truly appreciate the cleaning of my truck but I really needed the service work done that was necessary. More

The staff at the dealership were extremly friendly and helpful. I was never pressured to buy a car and the staff was very patient with my wife and I while we weighed our options. Rhonda is a definite KEEPER! She is very customer service oriented and takes the time to explain things to everyone. I highly recommend her! Have dealt with other auto dealer service departments when we owned Fords, Hondas, and VWs. Younger is by far the best! I don't ever feel that I am being taken advantage of for service that is not required. I would buy another Toyota, just to know I could come to their service department! But I do love my Toyota! It has been a wonderful vehicle! I put over 100 miles a day on it driving two and from work, so I am an extreme driver. Younger Motors, you have my loyality. More

I would recommend Younger Motorcars Toyota. The salesman that I worked with kept me informed about specials that Toyota was offering. He followed up with me after my initial visit. After test driving many cars, I decided to return to Younger because of the salesman and the reputation of Toyota. Plus I liked the fact that Younger offers "Younger for Life" which is free oil changes and car washes for as long as you own the car. They also offer free manicures on Tuesdays while you wait for service :) More
We recently came to Younger Toyota to buy our 2012 Prius V. We had an amazing experience. Entering the facility, we immediately knew we came to the right place. Bill Martin was simply wonderful. He guided us through the process every step of the way. Our initial plan was to buy a 2011 and get a good deal. Bill was knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. After sharing what we were looking for in our new car, we decided to test drive the 2011 Rav4 (we had a Rav 4 for 10 years and loved it), 2011 Venza, 2012 Camry, and 2012 Prius V. We liked each car for different reasons but ultimately decided on the Prius V. Throughout the process, Bill was patient and enthusiastic. We trusted him implicitly during the whole process and couldn't be happier. We will tell everyone about Bill Martin and Younger Toyota. It was simply a great experience. Thanks, Bill, for making our car buying adventure an easy one. We'll be back again for our next car! More
