Has been 6 Month since my last service and everbody know your name from the greeter to workers passing you by while you wait.I have sent several people down the 65 mile trip to Younger and they all come back saying (THANKS for telling us about this place ITS THE BEST!!)Weather I tell them to go there to get their car fixed or to buy ,thats the statement I always hear on their return. SOOO I dont need to get money back if it snows January 1 Because its already in my pocket Or any other trick they want to try to get me to go there,Ill stay where the best is YOUNGER TOYOTA,HAGERSTOWN MARYLAND! I found the service department to be extremely friendly and helpful. They called and discussed my services and made sure I was ok with the work needing to be done. I was not however extremely happy that the Toyota Certified car I purchased six months ago has required new front and back brakes and resecuring my heat shield. I understand that it passed the requirements for the state inspection sticker, but I'm sure barely. The service department did replace my front brakes for free and I was discounted on my service for my rear brakes and because of them I would recommend this dealership. More

You have lots of very nice people and what seems to be the best deals on by far the best used vehicles, but the way customers are treated is way too American. A little coordination and honest accurate communication would make Younger Toyota the very best dealership in the country. Every time we've been in the building, there have always been more employees hanging around idle than customers being attended to. Yet no one answers the phone. An online inquiry gets prompt but multiple inaccurate responses at inconvenient times. Orally and in writing the customer is REPEATEDLY told one thing but when they arrive to pay for the vehicle, they find out the deal they were promised is not what they are getting. A pre-approved guarenteed financing rate of 2.99% becomes 4.35% the minute the customer walks in the door. The thrice promised wait time of under an hour to process the paperwork is unnecessarily dragged out into an entire day of hurry up and wait, while being shuffled from one employee to another. After finding out we had been lied to repeatedly, we were very tempted to leave in search of another dealer with a little more honesty and common sense, but in America that's next to impossible to find, so we stayed. For example, we asked what payment method you prefered via written email and even double checked that detail via phone conversations. Everybody we talked to beforehand told us to bring the funds on a debit card. We had plenty of time to convert the funds to any form of payment you required BEFORE driving hundreds of miles to make the exchange. Why lie? It's OK that you aren't equipped to process debit cards. It's downright absurd that you tell the customer REPEATEDLY to bring a debit card instead of a personal check, when you know that will definitely delay the deal or even cancel the sale entirely. I didn't take it personally that your people were so angry at me for following their instructions, but most people would be more offended by that than by anything else that happened. I'd still recommend your dealership, but first I'd stick a "deal made in America" warning label on it. More

Dan made my visit at your dealership very pleasant....taking care of all my vechiles needs. Carol too was especially kind as she drove me to my office. The shuttle service is wonderful and I'd use it again. She also enformed me about the awesome waiting area where beverages, lunches etc...are available for the cutomers. Problem was diagnosed very quickly. Jason and the tech came up with a solution that saved me alot of money. I was even given a 10% senior citizen discount.
