I would like to Thank 1st of all Mr Tony Padillo who was our salesman, I brought my son and daughter in law in to look at new cars, They are on a very tight budget due to the fact he is a young troop in the our salesman, I brought my son and daughter in law in to look at new cars, They are on a very tight budget due to the fact he is a young troop in the Coast guard and they are expecting their 1st child and knew they needed a small affordable 4 door vehicle. Mr Padillo took care of them with no pressure as is typical of many car salesman but did let them know in a very professional manner the benefits to buying new versus used. My son is very happy and stress free when he is at sea knowing his wife is in a dependable affordable car. i was so impressed i called the next day and purchased one myself from Mr Padillo. I would also like to mention a young lady named Amber in the customer serv dept, she was as pleasant and helpful as anyone would hope from Customer Service Thanx Younger Toyota!!! Bill cafferky More

Upon bringing the truck in it was explained to me what was involved in the recall and that it would take 2 or 3 days for the procedure. I was given a loaner vehicle (a 2011 Camry). If I could just convince my wife to give up our Subbie (the fifth one)I would love to trade it on a new Camry (Rhonda could probably do that -- she is a "people person"). Rhonda called me when the truck was finished and upon returning to pick up the truck Rhonda greeted me by name. I apologize for not bringing my truck in to Younger for service on a regular basis. My son is a Master Mechanic and a best friend operates an independant garage (Lee Delauter's and Sons, so my truck is well maintained. At 84 years young I think my 2000 Tundra will still be kicking before I pass on (it hasn't turned the first 100,000 yet. Thank you for a pleasurable experience in dealing with Younger. Paul Foltz is a true professional and didn't waste my time with "fluff" about himself, or Toyota. I all ready knew how reliable, economical, safe, and comfortable Toyota vehicles were, especially from m time with "fluff" about himself, or Toyota. I all ready knew how reliable, economical, safe, and comfortable Toyota vehicles were, especially from my experience with owning a new Camry, bought from the same dealership just 11 months ago. Paul demonstrated what I feel is lacking from many Sales Associates...good old fashioned down to business, "How may I help you get what you would really want?" I knew from that point I could speak to him as a business partner and he would cut through the red tape and get me exactly what I was looking to purchase, a "win-win" type of person. I liked that. He was friendly, sincere, and did not waste time. My wife and I purchased our 2nd (and won't be the last) new Toyota vehicle, a Corolla. If more business professionals took the time to ask, "How may I help you today, instead of can, or may I help you, there would be more customers willing to discuss what they really wanted to buy, than looking around and heading right out the door. I.E. He listened to me and my needs, rather than talked. He answered questions as they were asked and suggested viable solutions to these questions. This is my 2nd Toyota Camry from Younger and Ive continued to service my car at Younger. The customer service is always excellent thanks to my service advisor Jason Neiderer. I usually wait for my car to be serviced for minor service visits, and so far I have not been kept waiting any longer than promised. I love the Younger for Life benefit. More
