He is one of the most customer friendly car salesman a buyer could ask for we got the best deals for our new car purchases and he worked with me for about 2 months to get me the Highlander. I live about 65 miles for the dealership. There is a dealership about 5 miles from where I live; but I couldn't get close to the deal that I got from MR Lee. I Give him and the dealership 5 stars. Everyone, from the entleman who took my vehicle, to the person who informed me of some replacements that would be needed soon were polite, mannerly and in all ways pleasant. The paying of the bill at the same termna; as when we came in is a better option than being "dropped off" at a window. It maintains continuity. I will certainly be back for the next 4000 mile check! I brought my car in for an oil change and asked if I could get my battery cables cleaned. Jason explained that the service was $65. I said fine lets do both. 2 hours later when Jason said my car was fin could get my battery cables cleaned. Jason explained that the service was $65. I said fine lets do both. 2 hours later when Jason said my car was finished he realized that they put a new battery in my car so they had to take my car back and put the old battery in. It wasn't Jason's fault and he was very professional and comped the battery service which I thought was very considerate! When I arrived home and popped the hood I was shocked to find that my cables were hardly cleaned at all!! I poured coke on them and scrubbed them for about 15 minutes to clean them myself. I know I received a credit for this service but it wasn't even done right in the first place! I applaud you all on your service and I've always had a great experience but I feel whoever worked on my battery was having a bad day. And lastly, I don't mInd waiting 2 hours for service but when a mistake is made with the battery I shouldn't be informed and/or made to wait longer. Thanks! Chris Barnes More

Bill Martin was welcoming from the moment I stepped on Younger's lot. He spent a ton of time with me going over various models until I found the one I liked. He was extremely knowledgable about each veh Younger's lot. He spent a ton of time with me going over various models until I found the one I liked. He was extremely knowledgable about each vehicle. He came across as a person helping me to buy a car rather than a person trying to sell me a car. Everyone in the showroom was just as friendly and seemed to take pride in not just their jobs but in Toyota in general. The service area is very customer oriented with tv's, wii, and even a pool table. There is even free snacks and drinks for you wait. My husabnd will enjoy it all when he takes out new Camry SE in for it's lifetime free oil changes. More

I was greeted by very friendly salesman, told him what i was looking for, we went to the car, he go I was looking for a new or low mileage used car. I had to leave, but came back later to try out another new car and he was very helpful again and pleasant and made this a good experience. We talked a deal, I was satisfied and bought the car. Customer service was terrific, everyone at Younger is extremely friendly. What detracted from my experience was my interaction with Enterprise Car Rentals. The young man was clearly trying to sell me add extremely friendly. What detracted from my experience was my interaction with Enterprise Car Rentals. The young man was clearly trying to sell me additional car insurance after I told him I wasn't interested. Essentially, he told me if ANYTHING happened to the car that I would have to pay my entire car insurance deductible...when I know I would pay the entire amount if, and only if, the amount of damage met or exceeded my deductible. Wouldnt' have been so bad if he would have noted ALL the dings and paint chips on the car. He did not and would not note them, therefore I did not accept the car....but they sure did take my deposit. Basically, a waste of 45 minutes of my time in effort to use a car for 2 hours. More
