Great experience! We had viewed a Highlander on the Younger website and went to the lot to take a look, test drive, and possibly purchase. He asked what we were interested in and before we knew it we were test driving. We were offered drinks and to partake of your wonderful free food bar. When it was time to begin working on paperwork (and my favorite part of the entire experience) we sat at Tony's desk he took out a piece of paper and asked us what we had in mind of making this happen. Tony and the sales manager made it happen! The finance office was equally as great! The additional packages were shown to us but no pressure to add on. This was truly the best car buying experience that we have had. I must also mention that we had been doing business with a Toyota dealership closer to us in Frederick, MD. However, after this experience it is worth the drive to Younger to be treated right! More

Service was great...wait time was very reasonable. Also, since I have a problem cleaning the inside of windshield and inside back glass..they were very kind and cleaned it for me..
