I realize how busy you are keeping on top of everything in the service department, but you still took time for the above and with such a friendly manner too! I so like the tube steps and they add to the Rav4 appearance too, as well as being able to get in and out easier~being alittle below average in height. Doug is such a savvy service tech., and couldn't have been any more helpful and friendly. As for the price I was competely satisfied. This is not the first time that we have made a purchase from Younger. Each time we have we have always dealt wit Louis. He always goes above and beyond to satisfy our wants and needs. Our first purchase was a few years ago we bought a 2wd toyota tacoma reg cab, it was my commuter vehicle for a while. Perfect vehicle at the time. Then we decided to start a family and traded it in on a Rav4 limited. That is still probably our favorite vehicle that we owned. Then came a time that we needed a reliable truck that could also haul the family. So we traded the Rav in for a 2007 double cab long bed 4wd Toyota Tacoma. That was an amazing vehicle that we used it to its full potential. Unfortunately while owning that we had yet another life changing event. My wife lost her job, so it was back to Younger and Loui to help find something that would be reliable and much cheeper and hopefully still a Toyota. Louis was very understanding and did all he could and got us into a sweet little 2009 Scion Xd. It served its time well, and over time my wife was able to get another job. Now that she has been in this job for several months we really started missing a bigger 4wd vehicle. So we contacted Louis again a told him we decided we wanted another Tacoma. So back to Younger and Louis hooked us up with a very nice 2011 Tacoma double cab, short bed 4wd. This will hopefully be a Truck that we can keep for some time now. Thank you to everyone that continues to make our experience so great at Younger. Especially Louis Lee. More

My wife and I live in Westminster, but travel 60 miles to Younger Toyota in Hagerstown for both sales and service. There must be 5-10 other Toyota dealers closer to us, but none come close to providing the Younger Toyota in Hagerstown for both sales and service. There must be 5-10 other Toyota dealers closer to us, but none come close to providing the service that Younger Toyota does. All of the staff there are kind, courteous, and most importantly, down to earth. It surely makes a difference. Keep up the great service Younger Toyota. More

Only concern I had was it took over 2 hours to complete my 10K service. I guess I should have inquired how long this would take, but would have liked to have been told when making the appt and/or when I a my 10K service.
