I saw a late model vehicle on the website at a very competitive price and when I visited the dealership, Rick offered to help me. He was very patient with me, answering numberous questions while I exa competitive price and when I visited the dealership, Rick offered to help me. He was very patient with me, answering numberous questions while I examined the vehicle thoroughly and when I discovered it was missing features that I thought it had, I walked away from the deal about 3 times, but changed my mind each time on my own. There was no pressure from him. He stated he wanted me to be happy with my choice and if it was the wrong car, then so be it. I took it for a very lengthy test drive and decided to purchase it which went very smoothly. A few days later, I called him and told him I was going to buy the missing feature (air temperature) after market and he put me in touch with Shannon who searched and found a dimmer mirror w/ the air temperature and a compass as well (which was definitely a bonus) and arranged installation and a car rental for me all at a very competitive price. Not only am I going to refer anyone who is looking for a car to this salesperson, but I am going to have my service done at that dealership and when it is time to get another car, I am going to go back there myself. They really know the meaning of the word service and they are going to survive! More
