We went to Younger Toyota service because of a recurring problem with an Avalon that was purchased at Shaffer Toyota in Cumberland, MD. This dealership no longer exists, so we had to find a new dealer to pe problem with an Avalon that was purchased at Shaffer Toyota in Cumberland, MD. This dealership no longer exists, so we had to find a new dealer to perform service. The problem was with the electronic door locks, and had started while the car was under warranty. Rhonda Stambaugh was extremely helpful and nice to us, and the problem was solved. Not only was the service performed at no cost to us, but a rental car was provided while the repair was made. We will return to Younger Toyota when we are ready to purchase a new Avalon, and will recommend this dealership to anyone, particularly former Shaffer Toyota customers in the Cumberland area who are looking for a place to purchase a Toyota. More

I am very happy with the staff at Younger Toyota. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. The price was negotiated, trade negotiated, financing processed, new car delivered, and on my way happ were very professional, friendly and helpful. If you count the fact that I was able to locate the vehicle with the color and options I wanted on the dealer website the night before, the whole process was less than 24 hours. Purchasing a new car is a large committment, but shouldn't be a headache. The dealership staff control the experience and I learned that it was well worth the 96 miles I drove to Younger. When I arrived at the service area I was welcomed by a friendly greeter who directed me to the desk of the service writer. When I had made the appt. I had talked with Jason Neiderer about he individual s friendly greeter who directed me to the desk of the service writer. When I had made the appt. I had talked with Jason Neiderer about he individual situation related to my car. The car has low mileage (@29,000) but is about six years old. Thus, the routinely state recommendations do not always fit the needs of the car at any given time. When I spoke with Jason, in person at his desk, he was able to review the car's past service record and make recommendations. As the car was being serviced it was found that several other areas needed to be addressed and they became part of the treatment plan. All of the projected charges were made known to me and all services that were recommended were approved by me for completion. The print-out that I received was very helpful. When my car was finished Jason directed me to the car. While at the service waiting room area I was able to enjoy the "tasty goodies' provided there by the dealership. - Alice S. More

This was the first car buying experience that I actually enjoyed. I've been shopping the internet for a newer pickup for a year trying to find the right truck and price for me. Well long story short, I drove away in a Tundra that I thought was fairly priced and exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Younger for a good car buying experience. More
