I was able to schedule an appointment online and when I arrived the paperwork was ready and they took me immediately. The service I was getting was the 5000 mile checkup. My only complaint is they ran my car through the car wash and it was spotless when I took it in. They did not dry the car which means it was not as clean as when I took it in. Bill has always been friendly and courteous. If I tell him about a concern, he writes it on the ticket. He states a realistic time it will take and the work has always been accomplished, as promised. I had the corolla in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service area was clean and neat. While inside, I enjoyed a cold bottle of water, was able to use my iPad and my granddaughter enjoyed some TV. I went to the parts dept. where I was greeted with a friendly hello, how may I help you. Everyone in the place was so very friendly. When my car was ready, Teresa came in and called my name. I went with her, she explained that everything was done and no problems. My car was clean and all was good. I was pleased with everyone and all was great! More
I had a Problem that was addressed. I also upgraded a service which was expertly offered to me by Rhonda. The Nitrogen upgrade for my tires gave me about 2 more miles per gallon on my recent trip. I recently was in on two different occasions, first for 45,000 mile check up. Service was completed in a timely manner and everyone was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Several days later I took my Corolla in for Level 2 Detail. When I picked up my car, the exterior was sparkling and the interior was chiny, clean and smelled like a new car! As a result, I have recommended this service to a friend who owns an Avalon and he plans to have the top level detail done to his car in September. More

I was in for service on Friday 8/10/12. Mr. Higgins could not have been more accomodating. He was happy, professional and paid attention to every detail. While I was waiting, Mr. Foltz ( The gentleman that not have been more accomodating. He was happy, professional and paid attention to every detail. While I was waiting, Mr. Foltz ( The gentleman that sold me my Tacoma ) spoke to me, inquiring if all was well. He still, after all these months ( Sept 19, 2011 ) remembered me. That is professionalism. Also while I was waiting, I was approached by Mr. Davies. Even toough he established that I was not buying, he was couteous and helpful. I then needed to buy a mirror for my 2000 Tacoma. The gentleman at the parts window ( Sorry, I do not have his name ) was patient, cordial and ( Like all other Younger folks ) professioanl. I cannot say enough good about this organization that is so totally customer oriented. By the way, your showroom is always immaculate. The only problem I have with my Younger experience is this.......This is the third time I have tried to send this survey. It is frustrating to get to the end and have to fight with the machine to send. This will not keep me from coming back. More
