We purchased our 2012 Camry in So. California. While on vacation to New York and Washington D.C.. On our way home our 5000 mile service came due. While traveling through Maryland,we found Younger Toyota vi vacation to New York and Washington D.C.. On our way home our 5000 mile service came due. While traveling through Maryland,we found Younger Toyota via Our Navigation System. Conveintly located right off the highway we were traveling. Stopped in for service. Was pleasantly greeted by Dan Higgins. Was told it would take approx. an hour, only took about 45 minutes. We appreciated the speedy and quality of service provided. We were back on the road in less than an hour, awesome job. The cost of the service was absorbed by Toyota's Service Agreement supplied by Toyota at time of purchase. Keep up the great work. The service was excellent and everyone was extremely friendly. I was not happy with the fact that I had to get a rental car rather than one on the lot and I had to wait too long for Enterprise. When I asked about this, however, the explanation I was given by Teresa made complete sense and I understood it. I do understand the need to avoid capital loss and the need from profit. I still don't like having to use a rental vehicle--even though there is no cost--but I do understand the reasons for it, thanks to Teresa..and Ben. More
We were there for our free oil change. While there we happened to speak to Scott about new cars. We ended up driving the Prius V. I called the day before I needed my car serviced and was scheduled in very quickly. Jason was very helpful with assisting me with understanding the problem with my car and calling me frequently to keep me scheduled in very quickly. He was very professional and explained his answer to a question my husband and I asked regarding a coupon I wanted to use. Unfortunately, the coupon could not be used for the particular service I had on my car but Jason wrote "no expiration" on the back of the coupon when I was ready to use it for a scheduled service! Greeted promptly at desk, and took the time to answer questions I asked & followed up on them;i.e. check to see if can find dye in a/c small leak, scratches on driver side of door & sun shade loose. Other items could wait til later if busy, but was done. Price came out good with coupons applied & discussed other items for future svc. Overall, I'd still prefer to travel to Younger, 45 min away, instead of Frederick, 20 min. More
