I had my 10k Camry service done very recently. PSI levels were not adjusted as indicated and the washer fluid was not topped off/filled as noted. My PSIs on all 4 tires were the same levels before I turned m were not adjusted as indicated and the washer fluid was not topped off/filled as noted. Oh, and my glove box was not removed in order to check one of the items from the "World class inspection" list that was noted as checked. Jason was GREAT! Very friendly, professional and courteous. Its the mechanic that didn't do his job. If the service department could deliver just as well as the Sales department did for us (we bought 2 vehicles from Younger), they would be a PERFECT dealership to do business with. PS: Kudos to both Bill Martin and Eric Eichelberger - Best 2 guys to work with - phenomenal employees!! Would recommend them to everyone I know. More
I have to drive over an hour to get my Toyota Prius serviced. I feel it is worth the drive to Younger Toyota in Hagerstown,because every time I go there I am greeted with such friendly people. They bend over backwards to make you comfortable while you wait. My vehicle is still under the 2 year free service so the price was right. I took a book with me to read,but by the time I had something to eat which they provide for their customers,looked around and got ready to read,my car was finished. Rhonda even had my car washed. I found a suspicious fluid leaking from underneath the car. I called Rhonda and she scheduled me for the following day, a Saturday. When I dropped off the car on Friday evening and explained the problem t car. I called Rhonda and she scheduled me for the following day, a Saturday. When I dropped off the car on Friday evening and explained the problem to her, she came out to the car and crawled underneath to further investigate the problem. The mechanic had already left for the day (it was late Friday), but stated she would call me Saturday morning with the diagnosis. Right on schedule I received a call and she explained what the problem was. I authorized the service work and got a call several hours later that the vehicle was finished. As I couldn't make it to the dealership before it closed, Rhonda made arrangements for me to pick it up over the weekend after the dealership was closed. Rhonda and her crew go to extreme lengths to provide outstanding customer service. Many thanks to her and her group. Rhonda is the reason that my next vehicle will be purchased from Younger Toyota in Hagerstown. More

I was having mt Tacoma serviced for an oil change and need a fog light replacement. The light lense was ordered that day and was installed the next. Jason kept in touch with me by cell phone to give me updates the entire time my Highlander was in the shop. I came in for an oil change and detail cleaning. But he saw there were a number of items neede updates the entire time my Highlander was in the shop. I came in for an oil change and detail cleaning. But he saw there were a number of items needed for our safety and as a precaution since we had recently joined the 100,000 mile club. His knowledge helped me understand what should be done to insure we had a reliable vehicle ready for our summer vacaton trip that will take us close to 1,500 miles in August. This is our extra vehicle we use for long trips and we were able to leave it there for a week to enable multiple services to be completed.He also assisted me in reviewing the Younger coupons to help me receive the best value.
