The customer service given at Hagerstown dealership is great. I work with Jason N. all the time,he's honest,friendly and makes it easy to come in to Toyota and get work done. I was having my toyota corolla 30,000 mile service, when I arrived I was greeted and the service staff explained all they were going to do, as well as how much it would cost. It was completed in a timely ma I arrived I was greeted and the service staff explained all they were going to do, as well as how much it would cost. Always have been treated very good when we needed service on our Avalon and Camry but was told that they didn't have time to wash the Avalon the day of service. This has also happened with our Camry. You shouldn't tell a customer that a car wash is included if you don't actually do it. We just got back from a trip and it needed washed to get the bugs off!!!!! I ended up taking it to a car wash and doing it myself. That is the only complaint we have with your service department. More
Younger Toyota is by far the best dealership I've ever had to service my vehicle. 100,000 service was performed in very short time, and the vehicle was returned to me clean and washed. Customer service is always friendly, but for the type of work I had done it could of been done in 20min, I waited for 1hr 30mins. I have family mechanic that i use for all of my service work because I could never afford your prices. I have him verify all of your suggestions for things that you say need to get done and in almost all occasion he tells me its not needed at this time. This makes me wonder about the integrity of your dealership. More

He always greets me by name and has a good sense of humor. He always makes sure the customer WIFI is up, as he knows when I come in Im going to ask. Most important though is that he asks and then listens to any issues with the car and and answers my questions. Jason always provides a very positive and very customer centric experience. While this comment is about Jason, Please be aware that when Im waiting for service, and Louis Lee happens to see me he always comes over an greets me and asks how Im doing and asks about the car etc. I appreciate that he continues to recognize me as a current and future customer.
