Starter died in early afternoon. I called Bill Merriman and he gave me the # for a reputable towing company and scheduled the repair for the same day. I was thrilled to have my car repaired the same aftern and he gave me the # for a reputable towing company and scheduled the repair for the same day. Plus the comfortable seating along with the complimentary food and drinks in the waiting area definitely made the repair time much more bearable. I didn't rate the cost, b/c I have no idea what is typical for such a repair. Being in a bind I wasn't going to shop around. If I paid more, well, doing so to get my car the same day along w/being comfortable and feed while waiting was worth it. More

Took three appointments to get the job done, second one a rental car was to be there for me to exchange on the way to work was not there had to make another appointment the nex day. The service team made sure I was able to get my car serviced and that it was finished in time for me to get to a meeting I had scheduled later that morning. I greatly appreciate the timeliness.
