I've been taking my car for service to younger over two years and they cannot seem to get an oil change right. First they cross threaded the oil filter causing an oil leak, which was fixed at no cost to m years and they cannot seem to get an oil change right. Then a couple oil changes later, it was leaking again, this time they said it was because the oil plug was stripped and I needed a new oil pan. To my dissatisfaction they said it was considered "normal wear" and I had to pay for the parts and they covered the labor. I just had my oil changed again and its leaking again, once this issue is resolved I will not take my car there again. My spouse has a toyota also and has already started taking it to a honda dealership for service. More

The only issue I had was that they never washed or vacuumed my car whe nit was serviced. I know at other locations whe nI service my other cars they get washed and/or vacuumed. I had made an appointment with Rhonda to have my vehicle serviced for the 20000 oil maintenance. I also had a problem with a vibration in my tires and a rattle noise in or around my steering wheel. When I left Younger, I proceeded to drive to the Outlets. When leaving, the front left wheel cover flew off and I didn't know what was clanging as I moved ahead until another motorist coming into the Outlet When leaving, the front left wheel cover flew off and I didn't know what was clanging as I moved ahead until another motorist coming into the Outlets stopped and told me to back up and I could see the wheel cover on the road. I was at the red light at the time. Fortunately, I had not done any damage to it and I drove back to the dealership and a nice sales associate who was just finished talking to a potential customer was nice enough to put the wheel cover on for me. So, I suggest that the mechanics are a little more cautious about those things because if had been my husband and not me, he would have come back and raised a big fuss about it. Jason was great! I got in and out like I wanted, I didn't wait longer then I have in the past just for an oil change. I had a few changes to my personal info and he made it a breeze.
