I was greeted promptly, my vehicle was taken right back to the shop and in an hour I was finishe with Younger Toyota's typically exceptional service. After the first oil change (at 10,000 miles)we were told to bring it back at 15,000 miles for the next one.We had questioned that and they had said that the second one would be at 15,000 miles.So as to follow what you had told us , we called to set up the oil change and told them that we were at 15,200 miles and the sticker on our windshield had been written for 15,200 miles.So I took some time off work to make sure I could take care of this, and found out as I was there,that it would be at 20,000 miles for an oil change as we had thought. So I was not happy that I was there and really was not getting what I was told. Really a waste of time off. Not a big deal, but not happy since we had thought we had talked about this with your service . Jody Kurtz More
