It's an issue with the traction control, and with the 2010 Sienna AWD, the traction control cannot be manually disabled. Probably designed for the software to shut down the throttle body to protect the drive train, but it took a long time for me to get "unstuck" because of it. So far our experience at Younger has been good. We purchased our vehicle there but due to location have had most of the servicing done closer to home. This paraticular time our engine light came on and we were nearby so we stopped. We had no appointment but they fitted us into the schedule and the work was done as if they had planned on us being there. Everyone was so nice and respectful to us. Very professional, friendly group of folks who seem to enjoy their work. We will deinitely continue to business with Younger in the future. They sold us a quality product and we have been very pleased with it. More
Rhonda was really great. I had mud on my truck and some of the staf was reluctant to put it through the wash, so she had them hand wash it. Not only have they been courteous, but extremely respectful of my time (I usually have to wait in the lounge). The work so far has been excellent, and we couldn't be happier. the oil change took a hour and my car wasn't washed or vacuumed. Tire pressure wasn't checked.
