When I purchased the 100,000 mile warranty package I was not figuring on shelling out almost 400.00 dollars more 30,000 miles into that warranty. My other issue was when I arrived Jason was not available so I dropped off my car andtold the person that helped me (unsure of his name)that I would like to speak to Jason so I could arrange the other part of my 30,000 mile check-up. I then went to the waiting area where I sat for over 2 hours without hearing from anyone. I then went out to the service area and inquired about the status of my car and Jason told me he had just got the paperwork and that my car was finished. I would have wrote this off to no big deal but this was almost to the letter the exact same thing that happened to me last time except that my car just in for an oil change and I sat for more then 3 hours with no contact from anyone and when I checked it just getting finished and the paperwork was just getting completed. I did write this issue off to no big deal at the time but I am starting to think I only want to wait one hour in the future before I go check on the status. More
With a 60k maintenance schedule and 4 hours to wait, the service at this dealership couldn't have been better. The order received was two fog lights of the same kind. After waiting at the mall 4 hours (dealership dropped me off) I found out that they needed to order the other fog light. So after waiting 4 hours and receiving one fog light, I have to make arrangements to go back and have the other replaced. More than likely I will need a loaner car. I only live 20 minutes from the dealership it is out of the way for a ride vs the dealership locally to where I live. I like the Younger dealership better than Apple Valley which is local to me. More
I was very pleased with all the people and work done to my vehicle. Rhonda was very attentive and checked with me every 20 minutes or so. She is a Great service person. I had previous preventive work done a on my vehicle (Timing belt, spark plugs etc.) only to have the service tech tell me I needed to have have these things done. Now I here about a throttle body cleaning ( $150 plus ) which I was never told about prior. Check your records before you want to sell me more service. More
I had 60,000 mile service on my Toyota RAV4. This was a 3 hour plus service. I was very pleased with the scheduling of the service, the time it took for the service and especially the free car loaner I was a hour plus service. Friendly and courteous. Called me and explained about service options. Service professional actually went to look at my tires while we were talking. Everyone was very professional and extremely helpful. I wanted to have vent visors installed that was not on the original service order, but they were more than happy to take care ot installing them.
