Took a 2010 Prius in for a detail/cleaning. The dealership was nice enough to send me a coupon at the one year anniversary of my purchase, so thought I would take advantage of it. I don't know what other places charge to do a detail job, so not sure if it's a good deal or not, but the coupon said that the regular price was 129 and the special price for me was 69. Was told that they would have it done in 3 or 4 hours, but it took about 4.5 hours. I had a good book, and they have a nice waiting area so I didn't mind waiting--although the wifi wasn't working properly, that was a bit annoying. For the actual service, the car came out looking great, although it did have some swirls and smudges that weren't completely buffed out. I also wish they would have sprayed a bit of that new car smell when they were done to really make it seem new. They also didn't clean any of the carpet in the back, but I suppose that might be considered trunk space and not normally done? That was a little disappointing considering it was supposed to be a complete cleaning of the interior and exterior of the vehicle. One other thing I noticed was the large windshield wiper arms were smudged and smeared and just bad looking, so (and here is a tip for all) I polished it with some WD-40 when I got home to bring back the original black. There's also a good bit of smearing on the inside of the windshield that I'll have to wipe down. I'm still happy with the job they did since the car was filthy when I took it to them. When I was presented with the bill, the only surprise fee was 7 dollars as an "environmental" fee. I prefer to be told of ALL charges before the work is going to be done, so wasn't thrilled about an extra charge. When I asked about it, I was told that it was to "cover the costs of rags and cleaning sprays and such." Would have thought that all of that came with the cost of a cleaning, I wouldn't expect a cleaning to happen without the use of rags and cleaning products. The customer waiting area is very comfortable. There are several tvs and plenty of comfortable chairs. Usually, free wifi is available, but not working today. Complimentary coffee, donuts, bagels, and water are available. At lunchtime, hot dogs and sandwiches from Quiznos are also free. Very nice that they offer food and drinks! Oh, and a slushy machine! My only complaint: each bagel and sandwich is wrapped in an individual baggie, and I watched a lot of people throwing away the free water bottles. For a company that sells an environmentally friendlier car like a Prius, it would be nice to see recycling offered. Otherwise, the hospitality is appreciated! More
I was pleased with the service. Mr. Merriman explained the necessity of service needed. We (Tom and I) were pleased that our second key was replaced due to a broken key; when we purchased our 2009 Camry the necessity of service needed. We (Tom and I) were pleased that our second key was replaced due to a broken key; when we purchased our 2009 Camry (used) we received only two keys. We do not know how the second key broke off, but we are grateful you replaced it (we paid for the labor) as a token of good will. Awesome experience. I was able to make my appointment the day befor and they could accomodate the time I needed. I was in and out within an hour. There was some issues with communication with the shuttle, where the shuttle driver wasn't informed that I was ready to be picked up, so I ended up waiting an hour at the Prime Outlets, not shopping, shuttle, where the shuttle driver wasn't informed that I was ready to be picked up, so I ended up waiting an hour at the Prime Outlets, not shopping, just waiting. Thank goodness for benches. Needless to say, I wasn't happy about this experience, and I also needed to be somewhere that was an hour drive from Younger's during Friday night rush hour. However, the shuttle driver was very accommodating and apologetic, and I realize things happen, but I don't know if I would use this service (shuttle) again unless I had lots of time and wasn't in a hurry. A change I would make, is have the shuttle driver give her number directly to the customer so there is not a third person to rely on. Apparently this happened twice yesterday where the driver didn't know someone needed to be picked up. Other than this mishap, this is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I would highly recommend this dealer. More

Rhonda was ready and expecting us, she was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. My oil change was free because at Toyota they give you 2 years of free oil changes, however Younger even goes a step fa and greeted us with a smile. My oil change was free because at Toyota they give you 2 years of free oil changes, however Younger even goes a step farther and gives you free oil changes for life! Every person that I encountered had a smile. The gentleman that delivered my car to me afterwards was smiling, removed the protective plastic from the seat, and wished me well. I highly recommend Younger Toyota! More
Jason was wonderful. He went into details about the service that needed to be done and fully explained the recall and how the problem was going to be fixed. I had to have my Car towed to the service department. They set me up with a tow, gave me an accurate description of what was wrong before they even looked at it!
