On friday 20 May my 08 Corolla came in for service. I set up the appointment but sent it in with my stepson because he will eventually have this vehicle when I look for another. My contact was with Dan and m up the appointment but sent it in with my stepson because he will eventually have this vehicle when I look for another. My contact was with Dan and my concern was the engine module which was to be checked out and would take some time. When my stepson arrived on time a female service writer said Dan was busy but she did the write up and said it would take 2 and a half hours. I told him it would take a while do to the engine module. Only 45 min later she said it was done. He questioned her about several items but then said the module would have to be done later by appointment. THAT was why I set this up with Dan. This car is not available all the time so now I am unhappy! More
This was my second service visit, 5000 mile and 10,000 mile service. On both visits tires were rotated. I know this because I follow the recommendation of 35 psi in the front tires and 33 psi in the rea mile service. On both visits tires were rotated. Obviously service people are not checking or adjusting tire pressure after tires have been rotated. More
Absolutely positive experience. They kept appt on time - completion was as promised - charge was as promised. Also had a problem with navigation system that was promptly resolved. Rhonda and I reviewed the work to be performed including my request to change the brake fluid from DOT 3 to DOT 4. AAA recommended this change for mountain driving. We did the 30,000 mile Camry service incl my request to change the brake fluid from DOT 3 to DOT 4. AAA recommended this change for mountain driving. We did the 30,000 mile Camry service including the tire rotation. The car was taken into the shop on time. The waiting area is great, I used the quiet area near the Parts counter to read and enjoy the coffee and donuts. The time went very fast. Rhonda arrived in the waiting area to explain the paperwork and she including a breakdown of what was included with the 30K service. I also got my $60 discount using the recent Younger mailing. Thanks for that. I look forward to the 35,000 visit and hope that it costs less than $523. Tom More

I came in for my first free oil change with my new Corolla. I was told it would take about 45 minutes. It was 90 minutes before I left. It seemed an extremely long time with having an appointment. I am used to going to either a Jiffy Lube or Rapid lube where the service is efficient and fast. I know it was a free service at Toyota, but I really have to weigh that with my time involved. Originally I had the appointment at 8 a.m. when I had to be to work at 9. Thankfully I thought that was cutting it too close so I changed it to a 2:30 appointment. So that is my only complaint, the time involved. More
