First of all.we were able to get an appointment that fit our schedule since we live in Berkeley springs. When we arrived the signs led us directly to service door which we were able to drive right into the our schedule since we live in Berkeley springs. When we arrived the signs led us directly to service door which we were able to drive right into the building. We were greeted and immediately taken care of. Everyone we passed, sales reps, managers etc. Greeted us in a most friendly manner. The food provided was great and saved us from having to go out for lunch. We were told by Jason that it would take an hour to service our car. It took exactly 58 minutes. Jason filled out our service book, went over the service receipt with us, no charge, and our car was brought to us immediately, completely clean. This is second car we have bought from Younger and it won't be the last. Thanks to all of you who were a part of this service team. More
The reason for my coming to Younger Toyota was receipt of a recall notice from Toyota concerning the brake pedal/floor mat of my 2005 Tacoma truck. In addition, I requested an oil service. I missed my prior service appt and Jason helped me work through getting caught up. Service was friendly and I love the car wash - nice touch. Automatic doors were turned off however and now I need to fig through getting caught up. Service was friendly and I love the car wash - nice touch. I Made an appointment to have road noise checked out. Bill Merriman promptly gave me an appointment. The problem was a wheel bearing, and I needed four new tires. When I showed up yesterday morning I walked in and was helped right away. Jason asked me a question I did not know the answer to, but the shuttle was needing to leave to get me to work, Jason said not to helped right away. He called me while I was on my lunch break to let me know my car was done and that the shuttle would be at my workplace when I got off to bring me back. Right after I walked out the door the shuttle pulled up and took me right back to Younger to pick up my car. I got inside and Jason had everything ready, all I had to do was sign the papers and walk back out the door to my car!!! More
Fast, effecient, friendly. I've been in for service when things were VERY busy and hectic, but all the employees were friendly, smiled, and took time with all the customers. I get appointments for service things were VERY busy and hectic, but all the employees were friendly, smiled, and took time with all the customers. I get appointments for service fast and conveniently. And the one emergency I had was handled fast, efficiently, and very courtously, too. I've also noticed that any of the employees are willing to help anyone. I don't think I've ever waited more than a few seconds for a greeting from an employee...and it's usually several employees that greet me and offer assistance. I'm not much on car salesmen, they are usually too pushy (and that includes my uncle), but Younger doesn't seem to have that problem. Thank's for the great experience. I'm very happy that I purchased my car from you, and I have my car serviced with you. More
They say they rotated my tires even when I asked they said yes. They lied and never rotated them because I put a mark on them to see if it would be really be done since the service was free with the purc said yes. Took my truck through the car wash and place deep scratches on the back of my new tow mirror which I have only had 2 weeks. I watched the tech look at the back of the mirror and proceeded as if he did not care. I watched the tech open my driver truck door into a thorn bush when he parked the truck after the wash. Therefore he scratched my door up. When doing the oil change they placed a deep scratch in my front fender and front of my truck which can not be buffed out!! I purchased this 2011 Tundra from your location in November of last year. The sales person was great. I was told I get lifetime free oil change and tire rotation. This is the first time I brought it in for service and this much damage was done to my brand new vehicle. What kind of people work in your service dept? They do not take pride in their work by doing what was ordered they take shortcuts and not perform the duties assigned. They damage the vehicle and keep quite unless the customer notices. Thank goodness I was watching the tech come out of the car wash and watched his reaction when he got out of my truck. When I went in and expressed the damage to the manager and others, EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE acted as if they did not care and acted like this was no big deal at all. It seemed as if it was normal for this to happen in your facility. I can not believe that this much damage has been done to a brand new 2011 vehicle from a dealership. I get better service and care at a Jiffy Lube. No wonder this is a free service. Now your shop is buyng me a new tow mirror which was scratched and going to have to repaint my truck where the scratch can not be buffed because it is deep. Touch up paint is not going to cut it! I am very angry which I am sure you can tell I was also very angry the day it happened. Your service dept will never touch my touch my truck again and will NOT be recommended. In order for me too be satisfied I must have some kind of Owner/President contact and compensation as well as the repairs! Gary Biser More
The service was friendly and fast. However, the "car wash" that was included left lots of scuff marks and was about as good as leaving the car out in the rain. Since it was the most obvious work done on my car, it leaves a question about the quality of all the service work done. Perhaps, no car wash would be better than one done so poorly. Was the interior of the car vaccuumed? No; but perhaps that was not supposed to be done when the exterior of the car was hosed down. The work was fast, friendly, and efficient, and I am grateful for the work and attitude. Next time, either do a better job of car washing, or just don't do it. Thanks! More
I basically called and setup an appointment for my free oil change and get my tiers rotated and showed up signed the work order from adam and then judd took my wife and I to the outlets. I would really like to express my appreciation for the excellent service by your staff of your service department. Jason went above and beyond my expectations with the handeling of my Venza and the issue excellent service by your staff of your service department. This was a very tough situation for me to experience as I had taken my car to Walmart for an oil change as I live over an hour away from Hagerstown and with just after a holiday weekend I was extremely tired and did not think I could make it to Hagerstown to Younger which I had a 12:00 appointment but ended up canceling my service appointment. I experienced a problem at Walmart which pushed the blame back to Younger from my previous oil change, I then called Jason at Younger and he took charge of the situation immediately and towed my car to Younger, gave me a rental and assured me "no worries". I also spoke with Tony Curtis which assured me the same thing. My car was fixed and ready for me the next day with no questions. There was no question as to who was at fault and that they would handle the problem. I can assure you that my car will be taken back to Younger for service without a doubt and in the future when needed my next vehicle will be purchased from Younger. I would again like to express my appreciation to Jason and Tony for their professionalism and excellent customer service skills!! Again, thanks for a GREAT JOB!!!!!
