Jason was our service advisor. This is the second time I've interacted with him. He is friendly, professional and he treated me with respect when he answered some of the questions I had. The dealership was very customer oriented with free refreshments, comfortable seating areas and fostered a real friendly atmosphere. The employees seemed to get along with each other as I heard them chatting and it made you feel like Younger was a great place to work. My vehicle was not ready on time, however Dan was quick to work on a solution so that I was not inconvenienced. I appreciate his extra effort to be sure my experience was satisfactory. I work in Hunt valley, MD and have taken my car to Bill Kidd's for service twice. It is much more convenient for me but I prefer to bring my car to Younger. The detail folks are very good and I have always been please with their work as well. More

I just told a friend that I get better service from the folks at Younger Toyota than I do from my personal physician. From email notices about service due (which I like) to the friendly way that I was rece folks at Younger Toyota than I do from my personal physician. We had our 25,000 Camry service. The shop staging area was clean and very busy, good for business. The service advisors were active, friendly and efficient. The waiting area is wonderful. After picking up my car yesterday and being told they are sure it is 98.9999% fixed, My car is not fixed. Still making high pitched whistle sound when doing 65mph+.
