Also, the car wash machine was not working the day I was there and I overheard other service associates tell their customers that it was broken and they would have to come back another time to get their car washed. Rhonda, on the other hand, had my car handwashed. I really appreciated this because the car was salt covered due to recent snow and ice storms -- just as the others were. Her attention to detail and thoughtfullness made her stand out for me. Job well done! More

I shopped around all over the DC metro area and Younger Toyota had the best prices and were able to get me in for service and tires right away! I have been to 3 or 4 other dealers and Younger is the best Toyota had the best prices and were able to get me in for service and tires right away! The auto service and Service rep Dan Higgins was excellent! Also time spent with Anthony Curtis Service & Parts Director, I believe was productive. Although I had a quite long wait time. The team was very friendly and courteous. My person actually came to me and apologized for the wait explaining that they were backed up today. Younger personnel are always most personable and very quick to get us our requested service date and time. Once at the dealership the service is always prompt and the time allotted is very near what the quick to get us our requested service date and time. We had already taken our 2008 Rav4 to another dealer for service of the same problem. The difference between the two was like night and day. The first dealer didn't correct the problem and was almost indi service of the same problem. The difference between the two was like night and day. The first dealer didn't correct the problem and was almost indignant in how they treated my wife. When they rescheduled the vehicle for work, they were informed, and agreed, to having it ready at a specific time in order for my wife to have it back in time for a critical meeting. They never ordered the part until we turned the car in and were unable to get the car worked on before my wife had to pick it up, this, despite having scheduled the appointment a week in advance and agreeing to having it ready in ample time. Younger Toyota, on the other hand was courteous, informative and communicated openly and honestly on every aspect of the repair work. They took the car in when promised and had it done when promised. We were called during the process to be informed of what was being done. The experience with Younger Toyota was a total pleasure and would have been a great experience for repair work regardless of any other circumstances. Having had the first experience with the other dealer made the excellence of Younger stand out all the more. I couldn't imagine two experiences more different. Younger is perhaps 10 minutes further from us than the other dealer, but I will gladly make the trip ANY time in the future when I need to have work done on my Toyota vehicles. ( I have, by the way, owned almost exclusively Toyota vehicles for the past 30 years.) I would probably drive an extra 30 minutes to Younger if I had to - their service experience was that good! R. My wife LOVES the waiting area. She especially enjoys the various seating areas and the Wifi availability. Makes a service visit much less of a pain... almost enjoyable. Excellent dealership and service department. Needed to have 2006 Avalon recall work for braking system completed. During multipoint inspection procedure, front calipers were found to have sticking issues have 2006 Avalon recall work for braking system completed. During multipoint inspection procedure, front calipers were found to have sticking issues. Price of $95.00 was a little much to resolve such issues but had coupon to help offset costs. Service advisor Jason was very pleasant to work with and the snack food is GREAT. More
