In addition, I had my Corolla oil change and inspected for other problems. At the customer waiting room/area, I enjoyed the comforts of WiFi network, television and free breakfast. Rhonda explained that the ECM had to be flashed using the internet. Internet kept failing causing the delay. Not sure if "Black Friday Shopping" had anything to do with that. After having car 7 hours,still wasnt washed. Last oil change they didn't have time to wash it. I was disappointed with length of time it took to finish recall and didn't get the car wash with the oil change as my Younger For Life program offers. I have purchased many vehicles from Younger over the years and will continue to do so. This experience has no bearing on my opinion of the dealership. More
The folks at Younger Toyota are so super friendly and courteous; I actually don't mind taking my vehicle in for servicing!! There is a great group of people there that seem to work very well together an courteous; I actually don't mind taking my vehicle in for servicing!! There is a great group of people there that seem to work very well together and I know for a fact, that makes all the difference! I did ask on my service request to have my tires balanced....maybe this is always done when the tires are rotated, but there is nothing on my receipt stating the tires were balanced. I also asked for my battery to be checked and I'm not sure if that actually happened or not either. More

I had recall work done. The atmosphere is great and there are lots of amenities to keep you busy while you are waiting. Since my service was taking 3 hours and I drove an hour to get there I asked if there are lots of amenities to keep you busy while you are waiting. Since my service was taking 3 hours and I drove an hour to get there I asked if there was a shuttle to shopping. Reply was yes and that the shuttle would be right there. It took an hour to finally get the shuttle driver to take me. Apparently the regular driver was on a long distance run. (probably shouldn't use the shuttle for long distance trips). So by the time I got to shopping, I only had about 1 hour and 15 mins of my three hour wait to shop. When my car was finished, it was parked outside. It looked like other cars were brought inside through the large drive through bay and customers got to retrieve their cars there. It was pouring down the rain outside so it was more of an issue. As I waited the first hour I saw customers coming and going through that bay and thought that was a great idea. Then my car was left outside. When I got in it, it smelled of grease and had the plsatic seat cover and paper floor mat still in it. I took those off and had no where to throw them away since it was pouring down the rain. As I sat there, I reminded myself that this is why I waited so long to get the recall work done. You are really trying to make it a great experience, but it is not quite there yet. The hour wait, the reduced shopping time and the car parked in the rain made for a frustrating visit. Makes me question about buying from a dealer that is an hour from where I live. More

Automatic entrance to service. Was greeted pleasantly. Reviewed the mainainence work to be completed and was advised of the cost (plus tax). Went into the comfortable waiting lounge. Work completed in an hour (estimated time was 1 1/2 hours). In a very full waiting room I observed other associate contact with customers which seemed to be appropriate and professional. I made an appointment in advance for a simple oil and filter change. I was checked in and my vehicle taken to the service bay. An hour and a half later Cindy told me it was finished. There were no updates or explanations during my wait for why a 30 minute job was taking so long (she did apologize in the end). That's unacceptable! If you want to service this vehicle again (we have a platinum Toyota warranty good for another 45K miles) you're going to have to do better. I will not tell my friends to go to Younger when they can get service elsewhere - in less time and probably for less money too. Christine M. King More
