I agree that an hour and half wait for a simple oil change is way too long. And it's feedback like yours and others that has made us determined to move forward with an ALL NEW Express Service. Soon, we will have 2 dedicated technicians and a Express Service adviser. We hope to very soon have a service like this done and completed in less than 30 minutes. We encourage and hope you allow us the opportunity to service your Toyota using our new Express Service. I do apologize on behalf of everyone in our service department. Overall I know we have a great team - with 95% of our reviews here on DealerRater being positive. Unfortunately people do make mistakes and get behind in a busy service shop.
