My car orginally was brought in to have a back windshield put in due to a defect in the antena. When my car was returned to me, it had a putrid smell. When I opened my trunk, it was saturated with water and put in due to a defect in the antena. When my car was returned to me, it had a putrid smell. When I opened my trunk, it was saturated with water and my back seats and floor board were wet, it had rained heavly during the 4 days it was at the dealership. The window was improperly installed. My carpet and belongings in my trunk were covered with mold and mildew, which I'm allergic to. I was very upset! I've had 4 other windshields replaced in prior vehicles that I've owned and NEVER had a problem with any of them leaking. New carpet was put in my trunk and the interior of my vehicle was shampooed. Needless to say, it lost the "new car" smell. More
I brought the car in for a noise that had developed in the driver's side seat. Jason, the service technician, was very patient in hearing about my car's issue (which was rather superficial). The service department was helpful and ensured that I got what I needed for my car. I was a bit disappointed with how long it took for my car to be serviced because I was told it would take 2 hours if dropp what I needed for my car. I was very pleased with the quickness of this oil change. But I did have a vibration that needed to be addressed, so my mom and I were shuttled to Bob Evans for lunch while this was done. Great! While I happened to be in Hagerstown I visited this dealer requesting to take care about re-call notice by Toyota, Even though I did not had recall notice with me this service agent offered to take car dealer requesting to take care about re-call notice by Toyota, Even though I did not had recall notice with me this service agent offered to take care of it and also offered courtesy ride to my work if needed. Upon my request he also fit my 90,000 mile service between their busy schedule while fully explaining what needs to be taken care and also next service due in future. He personally followed up with servicing shop to make sure that work was done as soon as possible, while I opted to wait as I had to go back home 50 miles away. While I was waiting I was offered courtesy coffee, Bagel & cheese along with a large verity of snacks hot sausages, pop corn and cold drinks...a very good experience of hospitality. Waiting area was very comfortable and divided for young and small kids plus breakfast bar like sitting arrangements. Once my car was ready he personally came to me and again appreciate for waiting and explain work done along with charges and walk along to the cashier pointing out where my car was parked and ready for my next Business and pleasure trips. Younger Toyota provided exceptional service to me on 10/14/2010. The service department fit me in when I had what I considered an emergency. He was knowlegable and courteous, and I left feeling confident that the problem was resolved and that my Forerunner was safe to drive. I will definitely return for service, and if I were to purchase a new vehicle, I would consider Younger Toyota first. I really enjoy the comfortable customer waiting area at Younger Toyota. I was impressed by the fact that there is an area for children, a welcome item for parents that must sit and wait with small children for their vehicle. More

When I had scheduled the appt. by phone I was told that, after a review of my car's service record, all that I would need would be a routine oil change. I really didn't think that was correct according to after a review of my car's service record, all that I would need would be a routine oil change. I really didn't think that was correct according to my Toyoto service booklet. However, at the time I did not question it (I do not drive it much so it is serviced by age rather than by mileage and I realize that). I was very pleased with the way that the on-site service advisor took the time to explain in detail what service my car needed and why. Actually the expanded list of services needed was something I expected - and was pleased that it could be offered at my appt. time that was originally set only for the oil change. I have always been pleased with the service and friendliness at Younger Toyota and I will continue to get my car serviced there. The waiting room accomodations are great. I recently moved to Hagerstown and had heard good things about Youger's customer service policy. My visit confirmed this. I was impressed with the service and courtesy and extremely gratified when Bill offe about Youger's customer service policy. My visit confirmed this. I was impressed with the service and courtesy and extremely gratified when Bill offered to order and install a new seat belt free to correct a problem in the front passenger seat, even though the car is a few months out of warrenty. This "good will" policy is much appreciated. I will continue to do business with this dealership and I have already recommended it to a couple of friends. More
