Went in for a basic oil change and overall inspection on my 2007 Prius that has 75,000 miles. I was informed that my water pump was leaking and that the drive belt was starting to crack. I was concerned t my 2007 Prius that has 75,000 miles. I was informed that my water pump was leaking and that the drive belt was starting to crack. I was concerned that the water pump needed replacement at only 75,000 miles, but the Bruce was more than happy to let me visually inspect the car while it was on the lift. I authorized the repairs, was given a loaner (rental) car and went on to work. The work was done hours before I even got off work, but I was able to pick it up until 8pm. More
The process of having my car serviced at Younger Toyota is always easy and pleasant, from start to finish. The employees are polite without fail, and always seem to go over and above to be sure that you a is always easy and pleasant, from start to finish. I appreciate that as I am not terribly knowledgable with car repairs! It is nice to be able to wait in such a clean waiting area. The TV is set on news for those who want to watch. I choose a quiet area to read, nearby the access for those who need to catch up on some work on the internet at one of the workdesks. Having a great cup of coffee with a fresh donut doesn't make the wait to painful, either! As I have had to have my teenagers with me a time or two during the waiting time, other snacks and a place to get homework done helps, too. Thank you Younger. You do make the dreaded "Car in the Shop" process so much better! More
When I got there it was pouring rain and I love the option to pull inside and keep dry. Someone was there as soon as I got inside greeting me and escorting me into the service area. First of all, this is the first time I had a bad experience while in for service. My appointment was scheduled at 8:30am, at 10:00 they called my to the service desk and handed my bill of $25 for ti experience while in for service. My appointment was scheduled at 8:30am, at 10:00 they called my to the service desk and handed my bill of $25 for tire rotation (Never Again), then while looking at the service invoice I noticed the wrong oil was put in the truck. After receiving 2 apologies Rhonda and being told by her manager that I should have told them before hand it was synthetic, I was able to leave at 11:15. Oh by the way, They weren't able to wash my truck . I guess if this is the way you want your service done, your doing a fine job. More

I arranged for my 2010 Prius to receive 15,000 mile servicing. I was able to get an appointment on the day and time of my choosing within a week of having called. The service work was completed promptl servicing. I was able to get an appointment on the day and time of my choosing within a week of having called. The service work was completed promptly, less than one hour, and the dealership replaced my oil with synthetic oil that only requires changing every 10,000 miles. The waiting room was clean, food and drink is provided, there are big screen TVs to entertain, and comfortable work areas to do work on a laptop. Everyone was very friendly. All in all, an outstanding experience. More

The appoinment was for 11:30 A.M. o 5,000 Mile Maintenace/Service: My wife and I showed up approximately 15 minutes prior to our appointment time. The appoinment was for 11:30 A.M. on 9/18/10. We parked in the service bay, and the lady working immediately called me to her desk and provided me with a service paper that had my name on it (I hadn't even identified myself yet. I was impressed.). She was extremely polite and friendly. She then asked that we have a seat in the service department waiting area. While there, we ate complimentary Quiznos Subs, hot dogs, popcorn, and drank a complimentary slushy. We also watched their bigscreen television! The appointment was over by 12:00, which was faster than expected. The time alotted for the maintenance was 1 hour. Younger Toyota Service Dept. gets an A+ for the first service on our new car. More

I "heart" Younger Toyota!!! There dealership is first rate. From sales to service, they know what makes a customer happy. And most of all it is clean! We bougtht our first Toyota(a Sienna) out of state and then this last February we purchased our second(a Camry) at Younger. Of course, the one purchased at Younger gets free oil changes for life! How great is that? Sure wish we had known that when we bought the van. Oil changes for life, Customer for life, can't beat that, huh? More
