I had mentioned whether or not the car wash was working and the reply was that my car would be hand washed which surprised me. I asked if that included the windows and she asked if I needed it done. I usually talk to Bruce, the Service Advisor, who has been very helpful with scheduling my appointments with Mike, even on short notice. I have been very happy with my dealings with Younger Toyota. The parts needed were quickly ordered and delivered. I was able to get my car in for repair within one day, which was very timely. As I requested, I received a list of all parts used and prices to fix my car.
