Needed my right front spoiiler/bumper replaced and painted. It was first completed in November 2012 and I was happy with the work. But just 2 months later in January 2013 the paint started to bubble. Younger Toyota re-painted the spoiler/bumper with no extra charges, and I was happy with the work again. It lasted longer this time, but about month ago in September 2013 the paint started to bubble again, and now there is a 4 inch round spot that has chipped off completely. Younger Toyota has excellent customer service, but I do not recommend going there for body work, especially if you need anything painted. More
I brought my 2006 Toyota Sienna in for some minor repairs. It was a busy Saturday, but Teresa took me right in when she understood my problem. She reviewed the problem with the mechanic who would be repairs. It was a busy Saturday, but Teresa took me right in when she understood my problem. They will be a serious contender for my car buying business because of this experience. More
Yesterday morning (May 9) we hit a deer on I-70 going north on our way to Indiana. We damaged the right front bumper, the fog light and the windshield wiper reservoir. To make sure that there was no more north on our way to Indiana. We damaged the right front bumper, the fog light and the windshield wiper reservoir. To make sure that there was no more substantial damage before continuing our trip we went to Younger Toyota. Mr. Curtis and his body shop representative not only responded quickly in assessing the damage but also taped down the bumper edges and taped and added fluid to the windshield wiper reservoir. This was done quickly and with skill and care that was impressive. These two representatives of Younger Toyota deserve our grateful commendation for service excellence. They helped us overcome a difficult situation so we could continue on our trip without major concern about the Highlander's safety. Thank you for your efforts. Well, I thought I should keep maintenance of my 2006 Toyota Sienna at a Toyota dealer. I can honestly say I would not recommend Younger Toyota. I scheduled a regular maintenance and an estimate of bod Toyota Sienna at a Toyota dealer. I can honestly say I would not recommend Younger Toyota. I scheduled a regular maintenance and an estimate of body work of my vehicle. After 45 min, a service person comes out and shows me a list of things that could be done. I opted to have new tires and asked her if they had time to do it while they had my car up. She replied yes and gave me no idea of the wait time. 2 hours latter, after hunting her down, I asked how much longer it would be? She replied 45 more minutes. I asked to see the body work estimate that was part of the original work order and she told me it had not been done yet. After waiting longer into third hour, an employee decides to wash my car without asking or informing me and looses all of my decals off my vehicle. Great. I informed the Service Manager, Tony, of how disappointed I was of the quality of service. He said he would look into it and look for the decals, but I never heard from him again. The next week, I was scheduled to get the body work completed. I dropped it off Monday morning. While they had my car, I was offered a rental through Enterprise. I had the rental from Monday morning until Tuesday 5:30 when I picked my car up. Younger told Enterprise that I had the car until Wednesday at 12:30, so they were going to charge me for another day. On top of that, my windshield was covered in overspray from the bodywork and they didn’t replace a stud in the plastic wheel well. I could still see ripples in the body work and feel bumps in the paint. Not a good experience with Younger Toyota at all. I’m sure this is not what the Younger family had in mind for quality service. Stopped by in the afternoon for an oil change. They took me right in and it was done in no time. The car is a lease car and has a program that pays for the scheduled oil changes up to 30K. We take our four cars to Younger for service and oil changes on a regular basis and have done so for many years. Teresa and Rhonda are great to work with they pay attention to what their customers need changes on a regular basis and have done so for many years. Teresa and Rhonda are great to work with they pay attention to what their customers need and do not try to sell other services unless they are truly needed ; you can depend upon their advice. There are many places in the Frederick and Hagerstown area where we can take our cars for service, the people who work at Younger help make it one of the best dealerships in the area. I never hesitate to recommend Younger Toyota to neighbors and friends. More
Very Rude and Sarcastic. This man basically "lied" to me, laughed and insulted me when i wasn't happy with the service performed on my vehicle that I purchased from Younger. Very poor service, "lied" to me, laughed and insulted me when i wasn't happy with the service performed on my vehicle that I purchased from Younger. Very poor service, and horrible attitude towards customers. I bought the car 3-4 months ago. about 3 weeks after buying, i noticed that 2 of the tires were worn out pretty much to the warning bar for tread depth.( how it passed the used car cert inspection ill never know) keep in mind it had 30k miles on it when i bought the car. so without issue the used car manager said he would replace those 2 with NEW tires. Well... i come to pick up the car after service and notice the supposed "new" tires look used.. i said something to one of the techs and he said yea they aren't BRAND NEW , but the tread depth was at 10/32 which is reasonable and that's all they could do for me. I was ok with that because it was ALOT better than what was on there and i didn't really expect NEW tires. so i take it in today for oil change service and asked if they would check to see why i kept losing air pressure in back left tire. apparently there are 3+ plugs in one of the tires that was causing the air leak(again how this passed inspection ill never know). i argued with the service manager and he swears up and down the tires were BRAND NEW and that i plugged them (which iv never plugged any of the tires on this car). Basically its his word vs mine. Long story short, they put old used tires on there with 3+plugs in them to avoid the cost of putting on new ones. Very same day my paperwork indicates that all 4 tires are the same tire tread depth (7/32). how is that possible if 2 of the tires are supposedly "BRAND NEW" and the other 2 have 50k miles on them???? hmmmm thats a mystery! guess the tire plug fairy came along while sleeping and put those in there!
