I called on Wednesday to set up an appointment for recall work on 2010 Corolla. I was told an 8:00 appointment on Thursday was available. I asked if I could drop off the car that evening since I would be busy at 8:00 on Thursday. When I dropped off the car I asked how long the work would take and was told two hours. My concerns began when I showed Bruce about a sharp edge on the center console where the two pieces join. He felt the edge and agreed that it was sharp but there was nothing he could do about it. He did say that they could take care of the piece of double sided tape that was exposed at the edge of the dash and the post by the windshield. On Thursday i called around 12:00, since I heard not herad anything yet, to be told that the work on my caqr and not yet started. I recieved a call from Bruce about half an hour later to be told that he did not know that I needed my car at 10:00. I just told him of my confusion since I assumed that if i had an 8:00 appointment and it took two hours that the work should surely be completed by 12:00 when I called. He told me that I really didn't have an 8:00 appointment since i had dropped off the car the night before. I really didn't understand this so he told me that if I had waited there then it would have been worked on right away but since it was considered a drop off I guess it gets worked in when there is a space. This is my first Toyota ans younger experience. I am concerned about future visits and any future concerns about the way the car was assembled of the car. More
The service team at Younger Toyota is top notch. Usually get an appointment within 1-2 days of calling, or via internet. The man who greets me upon pulling into the service bay is so nice. Sorry I don't know his name, but it starts the visit off on a positive note. He was even that sweet on a recent 100 degree day! My service advisor, Bruce is efficient and always give clear explanation of recommendations and expectations. Younger has a terrific waiting area w/ food, beverages, TV; clean & comfy. You could bring your laptop and get some work done or just chill. Price of parts & service is high, but it's worth it knowing that my Prius, going strong at over 170,000, is getting proper care. It's long out of the warranty period and I could take it to another service facility, but I'm leery of getting some untrained mechanic that isn't familiar with hybrids messing around. Overall a great dealership. We've bought 4 cars there. More

The array of food provided for service customers is outstanding - I have never seen such provis my two kids with me and they were very entertained). I bought my truck at Fitzgerald and then there was the rust recall. Fitzgerald kept telling me they were not certified to do the spraying but Rhonda Green who works at Younger told me she could get me in rust recall. Was in for service appointment on june 7th at 3pm. purpose radio control not working on car. Was told by anthony curtis that the 2007 soltice was still under warranty from gm. I replied to the service manager what if they give me a hassle. on june 8th i took the soltice to a dealership in chambersburg pa jennings. was told from anthony curtis on june 7th that they would call and make an appointment from jennings to look at car.when i arrived at jennings they knew nothing about the service appointment. as i thought jennings gave me a hassle so i left. i then called younger toyota back on wednesday june 8th and the girl told me that anthony was with another customer . i told her the siuation and she replied back to me that she would have him call me. it is now monday june 13th and still have not recieved a call. anyways i will not advise anyone to buy a used car from them they dont stand behind them. i took the car to h and h in shppensburg pa they were very nice and looked at the issue right away within an hour. they ordered the part and is going fix under the gm warrnaty. Maybe you should send your staff to h and h to lear customer service. the guy at h and h laughed when i told him what happened. he could not belive it. More
I recently purchased my Prius and this was my first experience with service. It was a regularly scheduled oil and filter change. Upon inspection of my car during the maintenance the mechanic found that experience with service. It was a regularly scheduled oil and filter change. My service representative delicately explained what had happened, showed me the damage this little critter had caused and then described what needed to be done to repair the damage. Bill was courteous, kept me informed of the progress and the work was completed in a very timely fashion while I waited. More

Having made appt. for this oil change by phone, service was instructed my daughter was bringiing vehicle in for service, " Please Assist her" . When My daughter arrived Service charged her for the Oil change and did not even mention coverage we had used for every service appt prior since 2008 and summarily charged $34.83. Please remit these charges to our home address on record. Realizing our personnel get busy, oversights do happen, however, we did pay for a Service up front and it appears no record is kept @ Service to assist in situations as mentioned above. Kindly understand we would like to continue utililzing Younger Toyota for all our car needs. Please take care of this promptly and maintain our confidence in your business. The service greeter who met us was very helpful and he did the DVD navigation installation himself while we waited briefly.
