Time frame's provided were not accurate-when a remtal car was provided it was late and a car that was different than promised. ( I did contact jason on the day after and he promised a $50 credit for the future but he has not confirmed it although he said he would). I have had my car serviced at Younger many times and I would guess that at least half the time it is promised to be ready, it is not, and has caused me to miss business appointments. The service advisor is always very apologetic but the practice of not providing the car when promised seems to be systemic at Younger? I have owned Toyotas since 1980 and plan to continue to buy them but I doubt very seriously I would do so at Younger and even though it will be an inconvenience I guess I am going to have the car serviced somewhere else in the future. If this was the first time I had these problems I would understand that some times problems occur but i have made a point of sharing with the service advisor that it has been a problem and whomever it is always promises that ti won't happen again but it does and I believe that they think an apology is adequate for a customer to keep coming back. More

My service appointment was scheduled at 8:00 am, and I was the second person to arrive at the right garage door entrance and was checked-in about 8:00am or so. I asked NOT to have my car washed as I was in a hurry and the service advisor confirmed my request, as there was only one person able to wash cars that day. The scheduled service, (younger for life and an engine coolant replacement was on the original service call, I also asked about a transmission fluid replacement. The technician told me that it was fine and yes, there is not a set interval for its replacement. We agreed it was not necessary. Bill Martin my salesperson noticed that it’s a long time to have your car serviced and noted (shouted) that to the service writer! Unfortunately I wasn’t called until almost NOON!!! Yes, I payed for me service at 11:52 am (I have my CC receipt to confirm the time and departed shortly at 12:08 pm. As far as the coolant service, for $141.44 – 10% (100K mile club) discount or $130.93 is perhaps on the high side as a price level that Pohanka or Karen Radley charges for my Acura, but the technician was informative and seemed to do a great job. I’m not sure of the additional reason for delay, but I did notice that my windows had streaks on them and ascertain that my car may have ended up in the car wash queue. Again 4 hours to do the basic inspections, oil and coolant change it too long. Perhaps there wasn’t internal communication with the technician. Also I noticed the mileage in 199558 and 19656- Hmmm- that can be correct as that’s 98 miles… Thank you for asking, Sincerely, Tom Vandell More
