Younger Toyota - Service Center

105,000 mile service on my '06 Corolla could not have gone smoother. Original appointment made with Rhonda who happened not to be there when I rolled in. I was quickly greeted by Teresa who took my vehic gone smoother. Original appointment made with Rhonda who happened not to be there when I rolled in. I was quickly greeted by Teresa who took my vehicle and made arrangements with Rhonda to take care of the service. Forty-five minutes later I was rolling out of the parking lot. Exceptionally outstanding service from both Rhonda and Teresa. I have no fears about trusting my car to the people at Younger Toyota. I've never met the mechanic who works on my vehicle, but based on the result he is outstanding also. The vehicle was washed and looked better than when I arrived. A great big thanks to everyone in the Service Department! More

Just a note to let you-all know how very satisfied I was with my Friday one o'clock appointment on October 12, 2012. My husband and I left Cumberland, Md., and arrived at Younger Toyota at 12:50 and was with my Friday one o'clock appointment on October 12, 2012. My husband and I left Cumberland, Md., and arrived at Younger Toyota at 12:50 and was ushered into the garage immediately. I was signed in with your Service Advisor Teresa who couldn't have been any nicer. We then went into the service lounge area, had a really tasty lunch with coffee and dessert also! My Rav 4 twelve month check-up was completed in a timely manner and Teresa even made my next appointment for me before we left and of course I chose a Tuesday so I could get a manicure-another one of Younger Toyota's perks! I took my 1997 Toyota Camry to Younger for a full auto detail. I had a coupon for $99.95 for the detail. The car was used by my son at college for a year and a half and he brought it home this summer it detail. I had a coupon for $99.95 for the detail. The car was used by my son at college for a year and a half and he brought it home this summer it was a mess! The carpets were stained/dirty, the upholstery had stains, the vinyl sticky and much more. When I picked up the car I couldn't believe it! It was beautiful, spotlessly clean! I am thrilled with how the car now looks. From the trunk to the engine it is beautiful. Thank you Teddy for your hard work in detailing the car. Thank you Younger Toyota for mailing me the coupon! The service was good and quick enough. The only complaint I have is that they advertise that any time your car is serviced they wash it. It wasn't washed.
