I had a horrible experience and do not recommend this place. Sam has poor communication skills and is a liar. The Check Engine light came on the same day I bought the car so I turned around and took the place. Sam has poor communication skills and is a liar. The Check Engine light came on the same day I bought the car so I turned around and took the car right back. (The Car previously had a catalytic Converter Code that was cleared but not repaired or disclosed.) After I took it back that same day Sam lied and said bring it back Monday so their mechanic could look at it and if there was a problem he would swap out the car. Then after the mechanic explained the problem Sam went back and said he didn’t say he would swap out the car he said he would replace the part but he did not do that either, they only repaired it, improperly. On day 14 of my 15 day warranty after going back and forth to their shop (missing work), Salim laughed at me and asked me why I bought a used car and suggested I buy a new car. Ultimately I had to take the car to an independent mechanic to have the catalytic converter replaced, an extra $1500. Oh and they wouldn’t let me use their restroom. And half the staff was drunk and high and one employee was making racist remarks about the other employees. The entire establishment is unprofessional and untrustworthy. More

DEATHTRAP VEHICLES!!!! Purchased a car for our 16-year-old son from this dealership. Informed us this would be a safe, reliable vehicle. Per them, they check over all their vehicles to make sure they are safe and ready to sell. LIES!! Two weeks after purchasing there was a small oil leak so we took it to a mechanic. We were informed the entire undercarriage had corroded away and he was shocked the engine had not fallen out of the car. The head gaskets were also shot and the total to fix this vehicle is $3600. Both issues would have taken time to develop, not the short time we owned the vehicle. We were informed that this vehicle should NOT BE DRIVEN and belongs in a junkyard. We did take to another mechanic for a second look and informed the same information. Called the dealership and all I got was, "it's past your 15 days". To blatantly lie and put my child in such an unsafe vehicle that he could have been killed or killed others is completely mind-blowing!!! Wasted $6300 on this UNDRIVEABLE piece of junk!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND ITS LIES!!! Completely unwilling to take responsibility for the neglect and incompetence of their vehicle!! More
